Amazing place so comfy
Pros:

Wonderful location close to the River walk mall.

Cons:

They safe in my room was probably not charged but besides that everything else was 10/10

Cons:

Toiletries in bathroom was empty or non-existing. No complimentary water in room as per the other rooms.
No towels had to go and ask for everything. Fridge has not been defrosted in ages so you cannot put anything in the freezer compartment of the mini fridge in room. I turned it off when I left. Some staff where laying on the pool loungers when we went down for dinner.
