Pros:

The reception staff were excellent, welcoming, and friendly as always! They were very helpful, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.

Cons:

The restaurant service was disappointing. When I approached to place my order, there were three staff members behind the counter. I greeted them, but received no response at first, which was quite confusing. I had to greet again and ask if I could place my order before being assisted. A simple greeting and acknowledgement would have made the experience much more welcoming.

Indaba Lodge is a good value and one block from a large shopping center and mall.
Pros:

The location was excellent. It is one block from the mall, supermarkets, and restaurants. It is a very safe area to walk around in.

Cons:

It took a while for the hot water to reach my room.

Pros:

Easily accessible, clean, comfortable and great value for money.

Cons:

Seems all shower doors cannot close properly. Have stayed in different rooms with the same issue.
