Pros:

Beautiful rooms and communal areas. Staff are so kind and helpful. Room was huge and airy, well appointed and complimentary breakfast was very good.

My previous experiences were excellent, but this stay was disappointing due to cleanliness concerns

However, during this most recent visit, I was disappointed to encounter ants in my room. This issue not only affected my overall experience but was also particularly concerning, as I had recommended your hotel to colleagues who were traveling with me.

Unfortunately, this situation left me feeling both disappointed and embarrassed, given the high regard in which I previously held your establishment. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Pros:

Beautiful reuse of an historic structure. Clean, nicely appointed, good location downtown. Staff was wonderful!

Cons:

The beds were a little too firm for us. Not a great night's sleep, but perfect for others, I am sure.

Amazing couples getaway with cute downtown L.A. vibes.
Pros:

Free upgrade to a suite. The views were awesome from room. The rooftop area was so relaxing after a walk to a nearby coffee shop. The bed was so comfortable.

Charming boutique hotel
Pros:

Had the pleasure of spending the weekend at The Bee Hotel. Was intrigued by its history as I used to spend my summers in Danville as a young child. The building is the former local newspaper. Quaint area for walking and bike ridng. Took advantage of hanging out on the rooftop sipping my morning tea in peace and quiet. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and quite spacious. The AC and ceiling fan met our needs. Front desk is courteous. Breakfast was basic continental which can hold you over if you want to eat something later. Parking is tricky if you come in late. Despite this would definitely stay here again.

A downtown gem
Pros:

Historic but recently renovated. It feels like a very upscale hotel and the room was huge and comfortable!

The included breakfast wasn’t much of anything. They had some bad coffee, juices, and muffins and things.
