POP! Hotel BSD City Tangerang

The customer service was pretty bad. 2 days before I would arrive I got noticed I had to pay before hand. ("According to property policy, when we on high season we should make guarantee all the reservation on that day" I never got this property policy while reserving on Agoda) They gave me a couple of options wich didn't work out for me because I simply could not use it. Also within the reservation they told me I could pay when check-in. They did not accept creditcard (is what they said) They answered very late to none on Agoda, I contacted them on the phone number they gave me but after a couple of hours I still had no response. I contacted a second number and they still didn't gave me another option. After all I had to ask an mutual to pay for me and I would pay it back.

Once check in, they didn't even know it was already payed. It looked like that I even could have payed with my card at the reception. I asked while checking in if I could have my room 3 hours long for checking out, they said it was no problem. The day of check out I asked another extra time to make sure. While I wanted to get in my room the door didn't unlock anymore. They didn't reserve the room longer for me. It's also really noisy. You can hear everything that happens, everyone that talks, everytime the lift arrived at your floor, through the door/walls. For a light sleeper this is not an good place to sleep.

The location is perfect, next to an McDonalds, cat cafe and supermarket. The closest ATM is a 10min walk.

The WiFi is not good.

Best pop hotel i have ever stayed !
Great deal and spacious pop hotel i have ever seen.
I stayed at the pop hotel before somewhere else so when i booked this one i thought its gonna be small tight room but its okay i was just needing room for sleep anyway but this pop hotel room turned out to be spacious and really comfortable.
The bathroom is also big and spacious enough for pop standart.
Bed is comfortable and aircon is really cold.
I am happy to stay here.
Minor issue i didnt really like the bfast but its fine anyway

Stayed a night in this hotel. It was located in a strategic location. Next to McDonald's and also walking distance to other nearby malls. Room was comfortable. Just that a light sleeper may not be able to sleep soundly if the room is facing the main road.

This hotel could be a nice place to stay if they could spend a little bit on the maintenance the facilities of the hotel, the hand shower’s hanging is broken, the bathroom is leaking, one of bed side lamp also off, the rooms is very basic. The good things was the location of the hotel, near to the restaurant, and the shopping area. Breakfast menu was okay and nasi kuning was the best.

everything is well! thank you for the hospitality, especially the front office team for being such informative. the check-in and check-out procedure was so fast and easy. the room is quite clean and tidy.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, access is close to Aeon dan the Brezze. recommendations for those who want a staycation in South Tangerang, overall best an maybe will take the time to stay again, thanks Pop BSD

I booked two rooms for 4 people. The others room’ AC was old and keep dying/not cold at all (room 712) and my friend’ dust allergy flared up. The bedding and towel are probably dusty 🙃 My room was in 714 and the bathroom door couldn’t close properly, and the toilet flush button did not work. But the maintenance staff quick to fix it so it’s all good.

Bathroom are very below the standard, and very dirty, seems like the hotel didn’t manage it well.
Room were dirty, but we can still understand it. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel again to stay as people stay to for their comfort. We only stay for 1 night, eventhough we book for 2 night, since we can’t handle the dirty room. We really hope the hote can improve and take the action seriously

We are booked for single bed type to front office,( 06/07/2022) while we;re coming to the room, they gave us twin bed type....then we complained to front office, they said single bed unavailable, it should be confirmed first before dealing reservations, however we are unsatisfied to these service....thanks in advance

Basically POP hotels are good for budget hotel. Simple, tidy and well located. Layout and interior should interesting. That's why i feel disappointed this time. Room is noisy from AC and sound of other rooms. The floor is very slipped, and its feels like a dormitory than a hotel room. Lots of ants, no tissue in toilets, AC very noisy, sound from corridors and other rooms were too loud. And alarms from other rooms continuously alarmed.

Nice room, cozy place, on this covid situation we feel secure because of all disinfected. It's so simple to check in and the receptionist has a good attitude. Surely, will come again someday. The service is good and the room so clean.

Just enough attention needed, nothing special about the decoration. The facilities are average, not up to a two star hotel standards. Check in is taking a way longer than usual check in process. The up side is this hotel is CHSE certified.

the hotel is recommended for traveler or bussiness person, it's so simple to check in and the receptionist has a good attitude. I think I will come again someday.
Btw, I suggest you to take bring sanitizer by yourself.

Staff not friendly, room is so so, breakfast no taste at all, anyway it was from catering company outside, lucky we got mc donalds beside the hotel, hotel cleanliness needs to improve, need to implement stricht health protocol related with covid-19.

This is my second time stayed in this hotel. I choose this hotel because of the location, near with ICE (around 3km), next to McD and Giants Supermarket, Sampoerna School and TransJakarta bus stop. The hotel room is clean and well lit. Standard beds, ACs, TV, and WiFi. However, there is no chain lock. The services are good, employees are polite and knowledgeable. I always enjoy my stay in here.

The reason why? first, the price more expensive then Pop Hotel in Jakarta.
Second, breakfast very bad service and different. Usually guest hotel can all eat. in here menu must be adjust, when guest check in in the hotel. finally. Over all not good and not our expect if the compare with price our spend.

The staff was helpful specially Mr. Budiman was very helpful and made my stay comfortable.
The location was good since I came for an exhibition at ICE
Rooms and lobby were clean.
Although it did not have a restaurant, there are a few in the neighborhood.

I have stayed here for 6 days 5 nights for my business trip . It is suitable for sleeping only with unreasonable price plus the wifi service that was broken during the 4 days that makes my job disruption and loss something my own mission and the management of the hotel let the things without feeling satisfied customers. Once again , it is comfortable to sleep overnight and not to others . Thank you.

Location is good
