Pros:

Das stehts freundliche, aber nicht aufdringliche Personal war immer nett, höflich und manchmal sogar übermäßig besorgt.
Das Frühstück war gut. Ich hätte mir am Samstag Tomaten gewünscht und insgesammt fehlten so ein bisschen die Kirschen auf der gewöhnlichen Sahne ;)
Zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen in der Nähe machten uns rundum mobil. Die Innenstadt ist aber auch nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß entfernt.

Cons:

Es fehlte das Toilettenpapier bei unserer Ankunft. Zum Glück haben wir das gleich bemerkt und die sehr nette Rezeptionistin hat uns gleich Ersatz gegeben.
Allgemein ist auch hier wieder das Thema Umweltschutz ein Fremdwort. Mindestens ein zweiter Abfalleimer (statt nur dem Bindeneimer im Bad) hätte auch so schon einen besseren Eindruck gemacht.
Die Klimaanlage hätte auch nicht sein müssen.

Einfach und prima!
Pros:

Prima Lage. Wir waren zu einer Veranstaltung in der Volkswagen Arena, die fußläufig in zwei, drei Minuten (einmal über eine Kreuzung) erreichbar ist.
Zimmer: einfach aber völlig okay.
Frühstück: preiswert und vollkommen ausreichend.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber: Das Toilettenpapier ist unter allem Standard.
