Schade, wir sind eigentlich gerne dort, aber es scheint dort neuerdings ein Personalproblem zu geben

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel, finden die Lage und das ansprechende farbliche Design in den Zimmern und im Hotel gut

Cons:

Wir hatten bei Ankunft an der Rezeption gefragt, ab wann wir Samstag morgens frühstücken könnten. Die Antwort war: ab 7 Uhr! (daraufhin hatten wir unsere Bahnabfahrt ausgerichtet!). Diese Zeit stand ebenfalls an der Rezeption auf einem Schild und im Internet!
Um 7:00 war jedoch der Frühstücksraum verschlossen, eine Dame sagte, nachdem wir klopften, gegen 7:20 Uhr : "Mein Dienst beginnt aber erst um 7:30..."! Und "man hätte leider ein Problem mit dem Kollegen an der Rezeption... !?! "
Schließlich öffnete man dann, da schon mehrere Gäste warteten, um ca 7:25...
Ansonsten waren noch die Eier kalt, und der Saftautomat funktionierte nicht richtig, oder war leer...
Auch die Rezeption selbst öffnete erst, entgegen der Bestätigung von booking und trotz eines Info-Schilds an der Wand (7:00), erst gegen 7:45! Einige Gäste warteten bereits, eine Entschuldigung oder Erklärung gab es nach Öffnung der Rezeption jedoch nicht...
On top waren an der Decke in unserem Zimmer Spinnweben.
Im Mai sind wir wieder in diesem Hotel. Mal sehen, ob es dann besser läuft

Cons:

Проблеми з замовленням прибирання, через додатки, це незручно, хоча в душовій є табличка, якщо рушники на підлозі то треба поміняти, але якщо незамовили прибирання то в номер ніхто незайде.

Odanın büyüklüğü güzeldi. Otopark ücretli 11 euro fakat yol kenarında park edebilmek güzeldi. Onu da biz keşfettik. Yanında market olması güzeldi penny vardı. Sıcaklık iyiydi.

Cons:

Oda pisti duvarlar pisti. Banyo çok küçüktü. Yastıklar berbattı yani kılıf uymuyor yastık demeye bin şahit lazım. Girişler bu devirde şifreyle girildi yani kart yoktu. Yatak çok rahatsızdı.

lugar excelente por la ubicación!!!

la ubicación esta excelente!! nos encantó!! de ahi uno se puede mover a cualquier punto de la ciudad y suburbios, a 15 minutos caminando al metro y tren, afuera del hotel se encuentran las paradas de los camiones o buses de transporte público; genial la ubicación del hotel

todo estuvo excelente, el trato del personal, la ubicación del hotel y el precio

Für uns sehr gut geeignet - gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel war für uns hervorragend, das 3er-Zimmer für den Aufenthalt sehr passend, einfacher Check in, gute Parkplatz-Möglichkeit - sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank hat gefehlt
Der Self-Check in hat nicht funktioniert
Dafür war das Personal sehr nett und am Empfang das einchecken schnell und unkompliziert

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker. Das Auto konnten wir kostenlos im Parkhaus lassen. Die ÖVs sind, um ins Zentrum zu gelangen, in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Checkout wäre um 12.00h. Unser Code für das Zimmer war aber um 10.00h nicht mehr aktiv. Zum Glück war meine Tochter noch im Zimmer und konnte mich reinlassen.
