Soluzione accettabile per una notte ad Amburgo, ma non oltre.
Pros:

Struttura silenziosa. 5 min a piedi dalla metro.

Cons:

Struttura poco pulita e poco curata, a partire dalle aree comuni. Stanza molto piccola, in 3 non ci si muove. Moquette sporca, tende piene di polvere e bastone della tenda perdeva i pezzi.
La sorpresa è stata che nonostante il costo sopra la media per un budget hotel, devi avvisare il giorno prima se vuoi farti rifare la camera (letti e pulizia sommaria bagno). Se no il servizio non c’è. Ti avvisano al check in, non c’è un extra da pagare, ti devi solo ricordare. Mai vista una cosa simile e infatti ci siamo dimenticati di avvisare e ci siamo rifatti noi letti e pulito un po’ il bagno. Giustificato come un’attenzione alla sostenibilità, ma in realtà è solo un risparmio di costi generali. La colazione manca di dolci, c’è solo salato. Il budget hotel come questa catena offre meno servizi (sale meeting, area ristoro, dining room confortevole) rispetto a una catena di media qualità ma la pulizia e i servizi di base vanno garantiti con standard più che accettabili.

Boa relação preço/qualidade, quarto grande e confortável, localização pouco conveniente
Pros:

O quarto era grande e confortável, com decoração moderna e todas as comodidades necessárias. O staff era prestável e simpático. O hotel tinha uma área de espera e vending machine úteis. Boa relação preço/qualidade.

Cons:

A localização era afastada do centro, perto de uma estação de metro, mas havia obras, então o acesso ficou difícil. A banheira deitava água para fora e a limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor, tinha várias teias de aranha no teto e o chuveiro tinha alguma sujidade. Havia poucas tomadas.

Stadthotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Garage war hell und die Parkbuchten ausreichend groß. Die Lage des Hotels ist durch die Nähe zur U-Bahn und S-Bahn sehr gut.

Cons:

Geputzt wird das Zimmer nur wenn man es bis Abends 22 Uhr für den nächsten Tag anmeldet - dann gehe ich davon aus das dieses Zimmer dann auch geputzt wird u sauber ist. Nein ! Das Badezimmer ist auf dem Boden dreckig gewesen mit Haaren u Dreck und die Ablage nicht gesäubert bei unserer Rückkehr nachmittags, das Zimmer war nicht gesaugt. Die Klimanlage ist sehr laut und bläst direkt auf das Kopfteil des rechten Bettteils. Ein Vorhang hing zum Teil runter. Die "Hocker" sind total schlimm, wenigstens ein Stuhl mit Lehne sollte möglichst im Zimmer sein.
Das Frühstück ist okay aber mehr nicht. Bei den Brötchen sollte ein scharfes Messer liegen und Körbe zum mitnehmen an den Tisch. Wenigstens Rührei sollte angeboten werden. Aufgeschnittenes Obst fehlt.

Det var en utmärkt vistelse och jag skulle återvända igen.
Pros:

Hotellet var rent, personalen var hjälpsam och vänlig, och läget var nära restauranger och tågstationen.

Cons:

Det finns ingen telefon för att kontakta hotellpersonalen eller servicen, och det finns inget kylskåp på rummen.
