Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption! Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Es ist direkt am Bahnhof und man hört die Züge sehr, das Hotel ist nichts für Leute die Geräuschsensibel sind, leider hat unser Zimmer etwas abgestanden gerochen, Klimaanlage hat komische Geräusche von sich gegeben, diese müssten bald ausgetauscht werden, allgemein ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen

Nie wieder dieses B&B
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war super auch der Herr Jan .. war sehr nett .
Leider gab es am Morgen ein Problem mit zwei Damen eine ältere Dame und eine aus Asien stammenden Person.
Von der blonden Dame wurde ich zum Weg zu Frühstück aufgehalten und nach der Zimmernummer gefragt und dann angefahren richtig übel ich hätte das Frühstück nicht gebucht & bezahlt.
Leider stimmte das nicht und ich sagte ihr das der Kollege Jan… etwas an der Rechnung für mich verändert hat ich aber das Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt habe.
Sie sagte nein ich stehe nicht auf ihrem Zettel.
Naja mein Morgen war gelaufen es ist toll wenn man so zum Frühstück empfangen wird.
Danach stelle sich raus das es scheinbar ein Kommunikationsproblem des Hotel Teams war.
Als ich die Dame nach Ihrem Namen fragte wollte sie mir diesen nicht geben und sagte sie geben den Namen nicht raus.

Für uns war alles perfekt
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, daher können wir dazu nichts sagen.

Cons:

Mein erstes Zimmer war leider nicht gereinigt. Das Problem wurde jedoch schnell und unkompliziert gelöst, danach hat alles gepasst.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt am Bahnhof und einer stark befahrenen Straße. Wer also Lärmempfindlich ist sollte sich dort kein Zimmer nehmen.
