"Early Check Policy and Fees:
-10AM: Charged 20% of the Daily rate (Based upon availability)
-11AM-12PM: Charged 15% of the Daily rate (Based upon availability)

Late Checkout Policy and Fees:
-1PM-2PM: $50
-After 2PM: Charged 50% of Daily rate
-After 4PM: Charged 100% of Daily rate

Packages Delivery:
-Packages can be delivered to the hotel on behalf of guests up to 7 days before the arrival date.
-Any packages received earlier than 7 days will incur a $5 fee per additional package.
-The first 5 packages per guest are stored free of charge. However, packages that exceed 36 inches in length (roughly the size of three rulers) will incur a storage fee of $25.

The breakfast was horrible even though they had it under the light. It was cold. I had to heat it up two times in the microwave. The waffles were frozen waffles…

Es war ein äußerst angenehmer Aufenthalt in Toplage zu einem sehr guten Preis !
Pros:

Die Lage und Freundlichkeit des Personals !
Besonders David an der Rezeption und Isabella im Frühstücksraum waren äußerst aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum sollte dahingehend verbessert werden, dass dieser entweder erweitert wird oder aber je nachdem Tische zuweist, um das morgendliche Chaos einzudämmen….

Great place for tourists and business people. Great locations (close to Mid and Down town) and great rooms.
