Overall very pleasant and good facility.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the city view was amazing. The shower was great, and lots of selection for the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The elevators could take long time to wait. There was also smell of weed in the corridor.

Great location and good value for New York, with friendly staff, but small rooms and long elevator wait times.
Pros:

The first thing I really liked was the location and the price for this location and room category – it was a very good value. The room was well equipped, the TV was perfectly fine, and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated that the room had a refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and completely adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Another positive point was that there was room service for food, which was convenient and good overall.

Cons:

As a European guest, you should keep in mind that the standard can be a bit different from what you might expect in Europe. The rooms are quite small and compact, which is probably typical for New York. During a week-long stay it was a bit inconvenient that we couldn’t really unpack our suitcases properly due to the limited space. On two occasions there was no room cleaning because the housekeeping staff didn’t speak English and we couldn’t explain that we needed a few more minutes before they entered the room. In general, room cleaning was usually scheduled around midday, which can be inconvenient if you want to rest in the room during that time. Another negative point were the elevators – during busy times you sometimes have to wait 10–15 minutes.

È la seconda volta che prenoto qui, ci sarà anche una terza!
Pros:

Ho scelto per la seconda volta questo hotel per la mia vacanza. La posizione è ottima per andare sia uptown che downtown, si può girare a piedi nelle vicinanze con negozi, supermercati, a portata di mano. Stazioni della metro con linee dirette per gli hotspot turistici più importanti a pochi metri. Inoltre, opzione importantissima per me, la colazione è inclusa con vasta scelta di cibi. Pulizia della camera giornaliera ottima. Certo, le dimensioni non sono il massimo, servirebbe una cassettiera per riporre gli indumenti invece dell’asse da stiro e del secchiello del ghiaccio che sono alquanto inutili. Dato che mi svegliavo sempre presto al mattino, non ho trovato mai fila o attese per la colazione e per gli ascensori. Macchinetta per caffè/the in camera apprezzata e frigorifero utile.

Cons:

Eliminerei quella mensola dove è posizionato il secchiello, enorme, del ghiaccio e ci metterei un mobiletto per riporre i vestiti. E qualche mensola nell’armadio al posto dell’asse e del ferro da stiro.
