Zusatzkosten, nach Anlaufschwierigkeiten alles bestens
Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer, ( nach Wechsel vorm beziehen, wegen Zigarettenrauch im Zimmer),
Auch Spätanreise möglich.

Cons:

Keine erkennbare Zufahrtsbeschilderung.
- Man fährt fast an der Parkplatz-Einfahrt vorbei
- im dunklen schwierig

Zusatzkosten:
Es ist auf der Plattform nicht sofort ersichtlich, dass der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig ist - 6€ .

Ich erhielt zuerst ein nach Zigaretten riechendes Zimmer. Erst nachdem ich umgehend das Zimmer moniert hatte, erhielt ich wiederwillig ein anderes Zimmer.
Dieses war sauber.

Ik kom zeker weer langs…
Pros:

Ik heb al een tijdje niet zo een GOED ontbijt gehad en dat op een zondagochtend. Parkeren voor € 6,00 dat is gewoon eerlijk en niet om een klant “een poot uit te draaien”.

Cons:

Misschien een flesje water of koffie op je kamer als kleinigheidje om je een echt welkom gevoel te geven. Schoonmakers een bril geven 🤓.

Prima voor overnachting met ontbijt
Pros:

Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Schone kamers en goede bedden

Cons:

Het rook in de gangen en op de kamers naar rook.
Helaas ook wakker geworden van een machine die aanging. (Geen idee wat het was)

Gut für einen Geschäftsaufenthalt. Regensburg hat ein extremes Verkehrsproblem, sehr breite Strasse
Pros:

Parkplätze mit 6,00 Euro angemessen uns ausreichend verfügbar

Cons:

Lage an der Kreuzung mit Ampel ist etwas unruhig, für eine Nacht aber völlig ok. Gut für einen Geschäftsaufenthalt. Regensburg hat leider ein extremes Verkehrsproblem. Extrem breite Straßen, 4, 6 , 8 Spuren, zu den Hauptzeiten aber verstopft, da sehr viele Ampeln und keine grüne Welle. Zu viele Stopp and Go "Motorsportler". Parkplätze sind ebenfalls extrem reguliert... d.h. so gut wie kein öffentlicher Parkraum. Die Hotels in der Stadt d.h. nicht mehr buchbar... 20 bis 25 Euro für eine Nacht parken sind zuviel... Plus 2 x 15 Euro = 30 Euro für 2 x Kaffee mit Marmeladenbrötchen macht die Sache recht verdrieslich.. 50 Euro plus die eigentliche Übernachtung mit ca. 100 Euro = 150 Euro...in der Innenstadt :-( ... Das B+B liegt etwas außerhalb und ist halt der Beste Kompromiss. Deshalb Empfehlung :-)

Komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist ideal. Mit dem Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir waren im Winter dort und es war schön warm im Zimmer.
