Prima voor een nacht op doortocht naar Italië.
Pros:

Het hotel bevindt zich op loopafstand van de Zwitserse en Franse grens. Omdat het hotel nog net in Zwitserland ligt, is het een ideale plek om te verblijven op weg naar Italië (Zwitserland is duurder). De loopbrug naar Frankrijk is een aanrader om te doen. Er zijn daarnaast prima eetgelegenheden in de buurt en het grote overdekte winkelcentrum was ook leuk om te bezoeken.

Cons:

De parkeervoorzieningen, naast een bizarre spiraal-afdaling naar beneden zijn de parkeerplekken super krap. Dit hebben wij niet aangedurfd. Bij navraag bij een hotelmedewerker werden er nog twee twijfelachtige opties geboden om te parkeren; beide dicht bij een deur. Wij hebben dezelfde hotelmedewerker gevraagd naar alternatieve parkeergarages, maar er werd niet meegedacht. Ze bleef bij de vreemde opties bij het hotel zelf. Dit gaf ons sterk het gevoel dat ze vooral 8,80 euro wilde innen voor parkeren. Laden was ook niet mogelijk omdat deze gereserveerd waren, terwijl reserven op voorhand niet mogelijk leek. Wij hebben aan de overkant van het hotel bij Tesla-chargers opgeladen tegen een prima prijs (55 cent/kWh per 23/7/26). De auto hebben we op 600 meter afstand in een uitstekende parkeergarage geparkeerd met volop plek voor 6 euro voor een hele dag. De parkeergarage aan de overkant van het hotel, in het warenhuis, had wisselende reviews. Wij zijn zeer zuinig op onze auto dus de alternatieve locatie was uitstekend. Wij zouden dit andere reizigers ook aanraden.

Hyvä majoitus Saksan ja Sveitsin rajalla.
Pros:

Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli. Siistit huoneet ja helppo olla koiran kanssa. Auton sai max. 2 m korkeus parkkiin alakerran autohalliin. Hotellin Vieressä ostoskeskus, hotelli aivan Sveitsin ja Saksan rajalla Saksan puolella. Baseliin pääsee raitiovaunulla. .

Cons:

Siivooja tuli koputtelemaan ja omilla avaimillaan huoneeseen jo ennen uloskirjautumisaikaa.

Rundum gelungen, perfekt für Ausflüge in die Schweiz.
Pros:

Dieses Hotel entspricht dem, was man erwartet. Preis/Leistung passt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten bequem und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für einen Besuch in Basel würde ich dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, da die Lage dafür unübertroffen ist. Mein ganz besonderer Dank geht an die liebe Olga, die sich jeden Morgen sehr aufmerksam um das Frühstücksbuffet gekümmert hat. Ihrem fachkundigen Blick ist nie entgangen, wenn etwas gefehlt hat - sie hat sofort nachgelegt. Großartig! Außerdem war sie stets hilfsbereit, freundlich und darum bemüht einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Auch fantastisch war der Empfang beim Check-In, der nette Herr hat uns direkt mit ein paar guten Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel versorgt. Und zu guter Letzt noch ein dickes Danke an die nette Dame, die die Zimmer gereinigt hat! Es war kein Problem auch mal außer der Reihe ein frisches Handtuch zu bekommen und sie hat das Zimmer top gereinigt! Alles in Allem ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

étape sur la route du retour de l'Italie

installations, praticité du lieu pour nous qui remontions vers la Belgique, pas de mauvaise surprise

Cons:

J'ai abordé l'hôtesse de la réception en français et elle a décliné en me disant qu'elle parlait soit de l'allemand, soit l'anglais. Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi, alors que nous ne sommes qu'à quelques kilomètres de la frontière française. Heureusement que je me débrouille bien en anglais, mais mon mari, s'il avait été seul aurait eu plus de difficulté.
