great location, helpful staff
Pros:

distance from the city center - location close to the center, shops, restaurants and very good connection by public transport to Basel . Very helpful and professional staff, comfortable beds. Good buffet breakfasts with a varied menu.

Cons:

There was a lot of dust in the room; this might bother people with allergies

Pros:

Lage: war für die Fahrradtour entlang des Rheins gut gelegen. Direkt im Dreiländereck 🇩🇪🇨🇭🇫🇷

Personal: sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert.

Zimmer: normale Größe, modern ausgestattet. Bad klein aber modern.. Insgesamt gut.

Frühstück: gutes Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl.

Sonstiges: lch konnte das E-Bike mit auf das Zimmer nehmen, da sonst keine Unterstellmöglichkeiten vorhanden waren.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Camera piccolissima per due persone. La moquette rilasciava un odore di catrame per cui ho dovuto tenere aperta la finestra tutta la notte per poter dormire.

Empfang der Herr wahr sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren klein und leider auch nicht sauber geputzt. Ich wusste zuerst nicht, ob ich etwas sagen soll, weil ich eigentlich davon ausgehe, dass das selbstverständlich gemacht wird während der Aufenthalt. Auch beim Müll musste ich extra Bescheid geben, damit er geleert wird.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war leider ebenfalls nicht besonders freundlich. Beim Kaffeeholen hätte man die Gäste zuerst vorlassen können, statt sich selbst vorzudrängen. Das fand ich ehrlich gesagt auch nicht in Ordnung

Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione sicura e tranquilla sia per chi viaggia in macchina sia per chi necessita dei mezzi pubblici. Camera e bagno puliti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
