Super 8 by Wyndham Phoenix West

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! This was the scariest place I have ever been to. I did not stay there, I left and found a different place to stay. There was homeless people, drug out people and hookers all around the hotel. The room was discussing. It looked like a place you take a hooker for an hour!

Unsafe area! Left immediately after checking in and ate the money we were out. Not worth fearing for our safety all night!

Booked through expedia. Pictures on website are deceiving. This place has alot of drug trafficking and prostitution all times of the day and night. Very unsafe place to be. Run down property. The rooms were filthy, linens were dirty, stained and stink. I got a non smoking room and everyday it smelled like Marijuana. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Honestly i only booked it because it says "by Wyndham " and never thought it would be something expedia would allow on their site. Please know WYNDHAM does not OWN this property. Either someone helps them clean it up or shut it down. And my room was not remodeled at all.

Not good hotel don’t recommend they do not have a pool or fitness center also too many people doing drugs all around the hotel the should always have more security for safety reason

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The front desk is very polite and helpful. I look forward to coming again soon! I just wish there was a pool and jacuzzi !

Good service no complaints. Get what you pay for. Clean. No concerns. Costumer service good,simple,professional. Highly recommend if your looking for your average thought of room.

The staff were very rude and made me feel uncomfortablet while i stayed there. Then I had to keep going everyday to the office to get a new room key brcause they would reset my key. The blankets had cigarette burns holes all over it.

Just the place has roaches the sheets are burned the floors are cracked it’s not that pleasant to stay there the area full of homeless people doing drugs.

Great place

Was absolutely dirty. Feet turned black just walking on the floor. Super tiny. Barely room to walk between 2 beds. No towels. No toilet paper. No WiFi. Nobody in the office to talk to. Went to a meeting all day, came back to find our keys deactivated. Finally found someone to let us in. Had to go to another hotel to get them reactivated. Nobody in the office there either. Drug deals right outside our room. Would NOT stay here.

Better people in the front office the lady that checked me in was ok! But that guy wasn't and how does your TV/ cable don't work when people is spending money with yall!!! That's crazy to me but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do! I went to the movies 🎬 instead of being able to watch TV 📺

For the price it was okay. Needs a little work done
