location great - horrible smell from drains in bathroom is known (unsolved) issue

Location in London and size of the rooms were very good.

Cons:

Check in process took over 1/2 hour with no explanation as to why. We had requested that all three rooms were joined or on same floor, three different floors were allocated and couldnt get between floors. The sewage and stale water smell in our bathroom was horrendous, complained to management who set maintenance and housekeeping for zero solution. Final night was so bad requested new room, options presented were poor and not feasible. Had to complain in twitter (X) to get a resolution, which was inadequate. When checking out was told that the smell was a known issue. Book with extreme caution.

Great stay with an excellent location
Pros:

Great Location: The hotel is incredibly close to the metro station, which made getting around so easy.

Wonderful Atmosphere: There was an amazing, welcoming fragrance the moment we stepped into the lobby.

Cleanliness & Amenities: Our room was spotless, the laundry service was a huge help, and the coffee was exceptionally good for hotel standards!

Cons:

We noticed that the bathroom sink was clogged during our stay.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited and could use more variety.

Good enough
Pros:

The room was good and spacious. The bathroom was decent. The shower wasn't great, but by London standards it was actually very good. The location was convenient, close to everything in the City of London, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was quite small, and the bathroom could have been better equipped, but considering the price it was fair.

Convenient location, large room, nice staff!
Pros:

Location is great. Very close to Aldgate Tube station for getting around. Also very close to Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Large room with air conditioning.

The location was good

Cons:

Premises does not accept cash at all apparently they are too good for bank notes with her majesties head on it! I then paid by card that I was told didn’t work so I used another bank card and when I check I had in fact been charged twice so I had to go and explain to staff at the front desk a few times before it was sorted!

It’s was fine very expensive for what it was

Location was good

Cons:

Lack of attention to detail staff not very helpful when checking in.
Double charged for my room and then also paid for extras that was taken from the room charge in error by the hotel which I’m being charged for again
