Ubicación y atención del personal. Además por sorpresa me eligieron como la huésped del día, y además de dejarme una nota y unos detallitos, mejoraron mi habitación sin coste alguno.
Además, buen desayuno, muy variado

Cons:

Realmente solo ha sido un detalle del desayuno, el embutido no me ha parecido de una buena calidad, pero todo lo demás sí.

A pristine, comfortable stay with thoughtful touches and excellent service — slightly overshadowed by a 4am in-room alar
Pros:

Everything was so pristine. The bed was extremely comfortable and we could not have asked for more. We were chosen as guest of the day and got some small gifts including an upgrade! The water on the corridor was super handy and the staff were extremely helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately at 4am we were woken to an alarm in our room which we first thought was the fire alarm. We then left the room and realised it was just in our room. Luckily there was someone on reception and they sorted it for us pretty quickly which I was thankful for however it did interrupt our stay.
