Amazing. Great location.
Pros:

It is so pretty and aesthetically pleasing. Hotel is perfectly positioned- a bus stop literally opposite and the train station was just a 3 mins walk! Perfect brunch spot at Florattica too! I really loved it

Perfect spot for a long weekend stay in London, great positioning, great facilities, and beautiful decor.
Pros:

We didn’t get to experience the Resturant or bar, but the hotel room facilities were perfect. Elegant decor. Very comfortable bed. Air con!

Cons:

We think a premises as such should provide fresh milk in the rooms.

location great - horrible smell from drains in bathroom is known (unsolved) issue

Location in London and size of the rooms were very good.

Cons:

Check in process took over 1/2 hour with no explanation as to why. We had requested that all three rooms were joined or on same floor, three different floors were allocated and couldnt get between floors. The sewage and stale water smell in our bathroom was horrendous, complained to management who set maintenance and housekeeping for zero solution. Final night was so bad requested new room, options presented were poor and not feasible. Had to complain in twitter (X) to get a resolution, which was inadequate. When checking out was told that the smell was a known issue. Book with extreme caution.
