Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

Premises does not accept cash at all apparently they are too good for bank notes with her majesties head on it! I then paid by card that I was told didn’t work so I used another bank card and when I check I had in fact been charged twice so I had to go and explain to staff at the front desk a few times before it was sorted!

It’s was fine very expensive for what it was

Cons:

Lack of attention to detail staff not very helpful when checking in.
Double charged for my room and then also paid for extras that was taken from the room charge in error by the hotel which I’m being charged for again

Stylish stay in the heart of the financial district
Pros:

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms stylishly designed and comfortable.

Cons:

The flush button for the toilet - you have to press really hard for it to work. The handheld shower felt cheap compared to the rest of things in the bathroom.

Excellent location for a base to visit London. The beds were very comfortable.

It was ok but apart from bar not wow

The property was very clean beds were large reception staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

I requested an upgrade room with a view with the option of paying a bit more the guy at reception said I was upgraded … although the room was nice the view out of the window was some sort of dumping ground loads of big bags of rubbish so wasn’t very pleasant to look at . The rooftop bar was nice however when back in the room we could here the bar music all night so not good soundproofing

Overall it perfectly suited our needs and to be fair would return felt a bit pricey

Cons:

Breakfast was a little limited but was good quality, would have been nice to have an omelette without ordering via waiter

Would 100% stay here again
Pros:

Very friendly staff, our stay was made special with a room upgrade. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a modern feel. The rooftop bar was great with the nice weather although I would recommend booking a space on the outside terrace.
