Happy stay
Pros:

Close to subway station, quiet surroundings with walking distance to restaurants, shopping areas n a park. Staff were helpful n friendly. Room was new, clean m comfortable (thanks to cleaning lady). All in all, it’s an enjoyable stay at the hotel:)

位置離地鐵近，離天神鬧區走路約10多分鐘，附近有藥妝店、超市、超商，走路也可以到舞鶴公園，地點很棒，環境乾淨，空間也還可以，雙床間能剛好攤開兩個28吋行李箱，但就只剩走道可以走，還有大桌子可以堆東西，浴室空間大，房間隔音也還可以

あまり、快適ではありませんでした。
Pros:

95歳の母と一緒だったので、最初に手配されたセミダブル一つの部屋では眠れず、交渉してセミダブル2つの部屋に変えて貰えました。もともと、ツインの部屋を予約した筈です。また、高齢者と一緒の想定がなされていないと思いました。

Cons:

1)シャワーのスイッチがわかりにくく、突然、上からザーと降ってきて、服が濡れてしまいました。また、てこの原理になっていないので、握力の弱い人は、回しにくいです。ボディーシャンプーも、いつまでもヌルヌルして良くありません。
2)寝る時に天井の照明を消そうとすると、マスタースイッチを消さなければならず、そうすると部屋が真っ暗になります。フットライトやトイレのライトだけをつけられるようにしないと、片方が就寝中にトイレに行くことができませんよ。

Spacious rooms and good location.
Pros:

The room we stayed at is bigger than other hotels. The hotel is at good location, near Akasaka station. Lots of good restaurants and konbini nearby.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk need to smile more. The laundry needs to be maintained as it gets full of lint.

Pros:

hôtel très bien situé à 40 m de la sortie de métro( ligne aéroport) et entre TENJIN et le par OHORI, très bon accueil et excellent petit-déjeuner .
