EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE STAFF
I left after the first night, as the room smelled MUSTY. The kind manager showed me four other rooms, but they all smelled musty as well. Terrible. Breakfast was a zoo, with graffiti on the walls… in Bali! This was my 22nd time in Bali, and I disliked every single corner of this property. The only good thing there was the staff. Full stop.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, everything was spotless, and the rooms were very comfortable. The pools are fantastic, and there are great activities for kids.
A highlight was the BackStage restaurant — great breakfast! We also celebrated our son’s birthday, and the team made it so special with a cake and lovely birthday wishes. The staffs Velia, Alinda, June and Edo went to the extra mile to make us feel comfy and happy!
The only small improvement would be more gluten-free bread options. Other than that, everything was perfect. We’d definitely come back!
Hotel was beautiful, grounds were gorgeous. The staff were amazing. My son loved the kids club and kids pool. We had an amazing time here. Breakfast was fabulous. The restaurant Lion X also exceeded our expectations. We loved our time here and will absolutely be back.
IF I had to pick something it would be nice to have some shade over the kids pool.

Ich habe mein Aufenthalt sogar um eine Nacht verlängert, besonderen Dank an Eva und Sri beide sind Spitzenklasse immer am Strahlen und sind immer behilflich und für einen da ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ambiance, decoration, comfort, amenities, heated pool, amazing and polite staff (hands up to Maria from the reception, for the special treat and Guna from the pool bar). Good food in all the restaurants, , superb breakfast with a vast selection. Very convenient hourly bus to the private beach (a must) and to Bali Collection shopping mall.

Absolutely not a 5 star place with how they run it.
About 10 little areas of the resort are under maintenance, get the impression its poorly looked after. some bits in the pool rusted out. Male Spas already out of service. Spa bathrooms poorly cleaned and area has calcium build up everywhere. weird for a 5 year old hotel, could have been 20 years old.
Hotel not very smart around baby seats, and way too expensive for what it is. Even had to put the car seats in ourselves as the staff looking after that were incompetent.
Staff at the beach area are terrible. Took like 15 minutes to communicate i wanted a single beer and clear the bill. Took about 4 discussions with them.
Staff on the phone are really inexperienced. Weird with managing food bills too. Absurd team when it comes to taking money.
We really had a wonderful time. Food was great! Kids didnt want to leave. We'll sure be back. Thank you!

The resort itself was lovely. Pool was nice. Breakfast was excellent.
The resort was a little out of the way. Felt like it missed a bit of the Nusa Dua Bali vibe due to the lack of proximity to the beach. The lighting in the corridor was a little too dim for our comfort but we gather it was to create a certain mood

We felt like 3rd rate people here, the staff would overlook us to serve their own kind on many occations. This was addressed to management but the behaviour still persisted.
Our room was never really cleaned properly or basic utems were not left after cleaning, no towels, no water...
