Pros:

My husband and I had a blast celebrating his birthday and our wedding anniversary. The team at the resort did a fantastic job decorating our room, making it super special. It's a big place, with a huge pool, super convenient transport to the beach, and the Bali collection. It's a really nice place, with super friendly staff and great service. I'd say this place is worth a visit, and I'll definitely be back for more. Housekeeping did a great job ensure are room are tidy and enough amenities.

Cons:

It appears that the bathroom has accumulated soap scum and mold, and we're unsure if any chemical cleaning agent was utilized in the cleaning process. However, it does not appear to be freshly cleaned.

Séjour parfait, comme nous l'espérions
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié le magnifique petit déjeuner, la jungle pool au calme avec les doubles transats, le personnel aimable et serviable (comme partout en Asie 😊) et particulièrement la réactivité de DY, la manager, qui s'est pliée en 4 pour régler un petit souci dans notre chambre.

Cons:

Hormis que personne ne nous a accompagné à la chambre à notre arrivée, rien.

Comfortable stay and good location
Pros:

Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Good variety of restaurants and swimming pools. Excellent breakfast with large variety. Nice gym. Free shuttle to Bali Collection and the beach. The private area on the beach with bar and food facilities were great. Very friendly staff.

To jeden z najpiękniejszych hoteli w jakim byłam na Bali. Czysty spokój i odpoczynek.
Jestem osobą aktywna i zwykle nie lubię siedzieć w jednym miejscu ale w tym hotelu zatrzymaliśmy sie na dłużej- przedłużaliśmy pobyt będąc juz na miejscu:) i nie za bardzo chciało mi sie opuszczać hotel.
Obsługa przemiła, z dużą empatia i wyrozumialoscia dla dzieci, piękna strefa basenowa, wiele bardzo wygodnych miejsc do leżenia i odpoczynku, bez zgiełku, bardzo spokojnie, relaksująco. Basen dla dzieci z płytka woda, klub dla dzieci z przemiłymi animatorkami, małym placem zabaw który dzieci uwielbiały. Wszędzie bardzo czysto, duzo zieleni. Jedzenie pyszne, dopracowane, mialam odczucie ze przede wszystkim jakosc produktow jest dobra. Przepyszne różnorodne śniadania.

Nie umiem bardziej opisać naszych wrażeń. To był odpoczynek którego sie nie spodziewałam i czuje ze byl mi bardzo potrzebny. Jeśli kiedyś wrócę na Bali to na pewno zatrzymam sie tutaj na kilka nocy i będę polecać znajomym.
