The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

We have absolutely loved our week long stay at the Renaissance Nusa Dua. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone is incredibly friendly, genuinely caring, and always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay special.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, with fantastic pool areas that are perfect for both adults and children, and there are great happy hour deals on drinks throughout the day.
We chose to eat at Backstage for both breakfast and dinner, and the food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety. A special mention goes to Nita, who looked after us so wonderfully. She was incredibly kind to our children, always attentive, and her warm, friendly nature made our meal a pleasure.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The combination of exceptional service, great facilities, delicious food, and a fantastic atmosphere made this a holiday to remember. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Renaissance Nusa Dua to anyone visiting Bali!

La chambre, très joliment décorée (l'attention particulière: décoration et petit gâteau pour mon anniversaire) à notre arrivée.
Le petit déjeuner très varié.
Les petites attentions comme une glace offerte pour les enfants chaque jour.
Réduction pour les restaurants.
Nous avons aussi testé plusieurs restaurants de l'hôtel qui était très bon: celui de la piscine, le backstage et le steaksmith.
Le personnel très réactif, professionnel et sympathique.
Navette à disposition et gratuite pour la plage et pour Bali collection.
Piscine assez froide.
Serviettes assez vieillottes et tachées (dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing) et pas assez de serviettes.

The restuarants get a bit overwhelmed during peak times. No other issues.
Toni Mixiologist Atomic and Bayu and Arika are amazing! They made us exactly what we asked, are so friendly, and made our experience on our honeymoon so special. We will definitely be back!!! Drinks are so yummy and they were very attentive. Music is great too!
Very nice, modern, clean property with very efficient and polite staff.
The location. Not near the beach. Hotel does try their best to arrange shuttle however still not very convenient.

Sadece sabah kahvaltı ücretsiz akşam yemeği gereksiz pahalıydı. 2 kişi hamburgere 1200 tl verdik. Bali collection ile anlaşma yapmışlar herhalde istediğimizde oray bırakıyorlar alışveriş yapmak istedik. Çok pahalıydı. Etkinlik kitabı verdiler masa tenisi yazıyor. Masa tenisi arızalıymış. Diğerh bir etkinliği yapıldığını görmedim.
