Spa center was unforfettable, and a stuff was awesomly nice
cant accept debit card for deposit, so I had to pay for everything instantly

Luxury! Absolutely gorgeous hotel, looks exactly like the photos. Room was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast fantastic, food was amazing. The Chinese restaurant was excellent! Would stay again!!

The facilities are perfect for families. You’ve the got the restaurants, the kids club, the kids pool. It’s so family friendly. The kids club open from 8-8 and they have different activities each hour to entertain the little ones. The kids pool is great if your little ones want to swim. The service is amazing. They are always willing to help and go above and beyond. If you ever need anything, they would literally be there to assist. Super family friendly location. Would 100% book again !

水質，以為五星飯店的水質會好一些，沒想到才一天帶去的蓮蓬頭濾芯就從乳白變成土黃色，還卡了許多細小的雜質。
En general esta todo muy bien, muy limpio y cuidado.
La playa no merece nada la pena, te llevan en un mini bus 15 mins, hay pocas hamacas y la playa es malita, esta llena de algas y plastico. Quiza pondria mas actividades en el hotel y un gimnasio mas grande. Es un rollo que todo el rato te preguntan tu numero de habitacion, para todo un par de veces. Los precios del spa son desorbitados.
