Rooms were absolutely lovely! Really beautiful and clean. staff were great all round, great location, we had a wonderful time here. My daughter absolutely LOVED the kids club, she asked to go everyday and really enjoyed it.
The main pool area is very run down, beds aren’t the cleanest and most of the towels are covered in marks, the pool itself self was also quiet run down
All staff were genuinely nice , it made a huge impact on our stay. Will definitely come back

Worth the price and the best hospitality
We stayed at the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort for eight nights as a family of four and had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. The facilities were outstanding. The swimming pools were lovely, and the spa and gym were both excellent.
The choice of food in the restaurants and around the pool was extensive, and everything we tried was delicious. The breakfast was exceptional and probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever had.
The service throughout the resort was fantastic. The staff are what truly make this hotel special. Everyone we met was kind, friendly and always willing to help.
Our children absolutely loved the kids’ club and looked forward to going each day. They thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of activities and were very well looked after by the team. It was particularly lovely that many of the activities taught them about Bali, its culture and the natural environment.
We would highly recommend the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort to families and would happily stay here again.
