All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kids’ club was definitely the highlight for my children — there were so many fun activities to keep them entertained. My son absolutely adored Puspa; she cared for and played with the children with so much warmth and compassion. Truly, the entire kids’ club team was wonderful. The receptionists and even the bellman were also so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was also really nice with a fresh juice bar and so many variety.

Cons:

One of the rooms we stayed in had a bit of a stuffy smell to it, we mentioned it to reception and they placed an air purifier in our room which helped. Any minor problems we encountered was immediately resolved or attended too. Top service!

Rainy and relaxing stay with delicious buffet breakfast
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was delicious and the range of local and international delicacies was divine. The beef brisket eggs benedict, almond croissants, waffles, hot noodle soup, omelette made to order were all favourites.
The staff at the kids club were all very attentive and made everyone feel welcomed from young babies through to teens. It is a small space but used well.
The 4 pools were lovely to use, even in the rain.

Cons:

Wish for more kid friendly spaces, e.g. the dining chairs and tables were not suited to kids as my children would fall between the gaps or have to stand on the chair to reach the table.
A kids slide in the pool would have been more entertaining.
Caution wet weather; If there were more shelter from the rain when walking from the room to lobby or breakfast bar that would be nice. One of us slipped on the wet stairs and floors (a few times!!) and even fell down a few steps.

Nice!
Pros:

The room was beautifully air-conditioned, which was so nice in the heat. The bed and room facilities were clean and comfortable, and we loved having a nice outdoor area to relax in.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the egg station was definitely a highlight! The gym was fantastic, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the different pools were lovely too.

Loved the free shuttle to the nearby beach and shopping complex.

Overall, a really enjoyable stay.

Cons:

It did feel like a large chain hotel, which is to be expected. However, we didn’t feel entirely comfortable being approached about attending a timeshare presentation. When you’re spending that amount of money on a stay, it would be nice not to feel any pressure to join or commit to anything additional.

The staff themselves were all lovely and friendly. That said, we often felt that positive interactions were followed by requests to leave a review so they could receive recognition from their manager. It was a little sad to feel that the team might be under that kind of pressure, and it did slightly detract from what was otherwise a very enjoyable experience.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel in Nusa Dua - it's a bit out from the main resort, but there were regular free hotel shuttle buses to the Bali Collection (shops & restaurants) and beach club. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-equipped.

Cons:

This is a lovely hotel, though not quite our style (I prefer walls around my bathroom, rather than a curtain!), but it seemed aimed mainly at the Asian market, so maybe that's a factor. Restaurants were very quiet! Would have been nice if the shuttle bus stopped in the local town (it was just a bit far to walk in the heat!)

Inoubliable séjour en famille.
Pros:

Très adapté aux jeunes enfants avec de nombreuses activités et des espaces dédiés. Les piscines, les différents restaurants, et surtout le personnel toujours souriant et disponible.

Cons:

Les lits deux places un peu trop petits.

So good we came back again.
Pros:

This was our 2nd stay in 2 years at Renaissance. We stayed for 15 nights this time. We absolutely love the big clean rooms and balcony overlooking the pools. The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and plenty of choices to cater for everyone. Chef Andre went out of his way to accommodate us at breakfast and also in the lovely Steak house on site where we ate 3 times it was so good. Our 7 year old loved the kids club so much we couldn’t get her out of there. All the staff (Erin & Puspa) in the kids club are just incredible.
The gym is well equipped and kept very clean and tidy. The Spa on site is fantastic too. We had many massage treatments whilst staying there. The staff cannot do enough for you. We’ll no doubt be back again.

Cons:

There nothing we don’t like but only noticed the normal wear and tear of the Sun-beds around the pool area weren’t as fresh looking as when we were there 20 months ago.

An enjoyable stay that exceeded our expectations.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The facilities were excellent. Everything was clean and well maintained.
The food was amazing! There was a great variety of food and the restaurants which catered for us especially halal.
The location was perfect and having the shuttle bus to Bali Collection and beach was great. Thank you to the drivers.
Everything exceeded our expectations — from the service to the facilities. We would definitely come back!
