Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort

On our first holiday in Bali we stayed at the Marriott Nusa Dua Terraces/ Renaissance and while every encounter was exceptional there was one that stood out! Tony our bartender at the Rbar in the lobby has become like family! He was so welcoming and warm and did an amazing job of helping us taste Bali! He understood exactly what we meant by “make us something fresh or fruity” as the creation exceeded our expectations every time. We will miss our resort, Tony and Bali and cannot wait to return.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the time here was just magical. It is in such a peaceful place with access to beach club, multiple pools and all amenities you would need from a 5 star resort.
Beyond resort, we loved the people there. Everybody was so friendly and helpful.
From the reception desk Chitra, Ardy and Satria were so helpful in welcoming us and helping out all the way.
Anom and other staff members taught us so much during our stay. We learnt Balinese dance, yoga, Rindik, boking and so much more from them.
And most importantly, the staff at lava land (the children play area). My daughter cannot stop talking about Chantika, Erin and Puspa. They were amazing and took such good care of her during our stay.
I am missing a lot more staff members but I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart to make our stay memorable. All of you always greet the customers with a smile that just makes your day and are always ready to help with whatever we need. Hoping to visit and meet you all again soon. :)

Rooms was spacious, the staff were amazing, breakfast had great food selection so many pools

There a few amazing pools to choose from, property is absolutely stunning! the breakfast selection was great, there are frequent shuttle bus to and from hotel to the nearest beach and shopping centre. Staff were amazing! Choices of in-house restaurants. 2 double beds options is much better for family of 4 rather than king and single. The corridors in front of the rooms are open, airflow are pretty good and beautiful, the property is well maintained

Fantastic resort, spotlessly clean, excellent staff and great facilities. Stayed for 11 nights and had a great time. Shuttle bus to beach and shopping centre really useful. Good spot on the beach with drinks and food available. Dined at all the restaurants, excellent service and good choice of food. All staff made you feel very welcome and looked after us really well. Liked the pool service and special thanks to Windi, Winda, luna, Mita, Trisna, Yanda, Lila and Satya. Thoroughly recommend the Spa,

Urip was an amazing tour guide on the sunset bike tour. Even on the scary roads!
He was so lovely to talk to too!

From check-in to entering our room, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well presented. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, both inside and outside the room, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Loved the warm welcome we felt from all staff from the moment we arrived. LionX restaurant was amazing. The spa fusion massage was the best massage I have ever had.

We stayed with my Wife in this beautiful Hotel and was very happy with everything here. The rooms were very clean and modern, just as we expected. Very very friendly and helpful Personal. In particular, Listia, a staff member we met by the pool, went out of her way to take care of us. We highly recommend this Hotel.

A big shout out to the Atomic 17 crew they made each night so enjoyable and they went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. So interactive and no request was too much. Make sure you check this place out….,

Great breakfast and good location

Beautifully landscaped, architecturally welcoming and the warmth and hospitable staff made our stay unforgettable. It was a relaxing trip just staying at the resort as there were many activities, happy hour drink stops, food outlets one can enjoy.

The hotel provides shuttle service to the beach club which makes it very convenient.

The room was spacious with a group of housekeeping staff under Mulia, the manager, always asking us if we need anything, ready to serve.

Buffet breakfast spread was excellent , both with international buffet and local cuisine.

The staff at Backstage are attentive and recognise us, always ready to help and with smiles.

Sujana, FB manager and his team are hardworking and their service level is outstanding. The staff recommended us local dishes Ayam Taliwang and Sei Sapi which were delicious, with lots of spices at Backstage for dinner.

We have good memories engaging with some staff and know that their experience working here has been with good learnings.

Shout out to Suli, Erik, Tony, Sonia, Ari at R Bar and Tanah Liat restaurant for your excellent service & warm hospitality. Compliments to the chefs.

My trip in Renaissance Bali nusa dua was super great and the staffs here are so nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the
R Bar most of the time helpful and friendly staffs.. Special thanks to Mr Eric the bartender and Ms Yunita (senior) they have been wonderful and always advise us on the best in the menu. Kudos to them
