Séjourner avec vue panoramique sur le fjord au lever et au coucher a été un privilège mémorable.
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux. Hôtel très calme et très bien situé. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux. Nous avons bénéficié de deux chambres immédiatement voisines. Les larges baies vitrées de chaque chambre et les larges baies vitrées de la salle à manger offrant une vue panoramique sur la marina du fjord au coucher et au lever du soleil font parties des grands souvenirs de notre voyage en Norvège.

Stayed during a strike so services were very restricted
Pros:

Location was great, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was a strike in the hotel during our stay, facilities were severely restricted, rooms weren’t cleaned for the 6 days of our stay, restaurant and bar service were very limited. The staff that were working were doing heroically, working around the clock. Unfortunately, the hotel did not advise us in advance of the strike although it was known in advance so we didn’t have an option to reschedule our stay. We weren’t offered a discount, refund or any alternative.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, view was great, twin beds so comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great. Apparently there was a strike on and we were told in advance that there wasn't going to be the variety or standard that there is normally.

Maximum comfort, guaranteed gluten-free breakfast, nice staff.
Pros:

The room was excellent in terms of facilities, comfort, and quietness.
The breakfast was fantastic for me because I have celiac disease, which requires a very strict gluten-free diet. The hotel definitely had a gluten-free breakfast that met all my needs. Even a separate gluten-free toaster and even gluten-free pancakes. Thank you very much.
Staff is friendly, especially Math (sorry, I don't know how to spell his name exactly, I just heard it.)

Cons:

I couldn't connect to the internet because it didn't accept my login, so I used my own mobile internet. And I didn't want to bother the staff because they were working less because of the strike.

Pros:

Nydelig utsikt fra rommet, kjekt treningsrom med det du trenger. Kjempetrivelige hotellansatte som gjorde en strålende innsats til tross for utfordringene knyttet til hotellstreik, Artig å hilse på hotelldirektøren og de øvrige, som viste oss gjester godt humør til tross for lange dager.

Cons:

Litt hard seng, men sov godt :)

Quirky hotel. Lovely location on the marina. 20 min walk from the main wharf area.
Pros:

Lovely view. Very friendly staff.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The room was clean, really comfortable and overlooking the mountains - stunning. Check-in was quick. The hotel was located close to the tram stop. What’s more, the additional lights under the bed and in the bathroom were cool.
