Pros:

Lage war dicht neben dem Büro zu dem ich musste. Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Restaurant: der Hähnchen Salat bestand aus Eisbergsalat und Zwiebeln mit gekochtem oder gedämpften Hähnchenfleisch. Fade, nicht wirklich etwas mit Geschmack, wenn da nicht Balsamico Soße drauf gewesen wäre.

Modernes stilvolles und stadtnahes Hotel mit Hafenblick
Pros:

Modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit Stil.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im fünften/obersten Stock, der Ausblick war super. Sehr schneller Aufzug.

Die Verdunklungsrollos sind stark, was in den Sommermonaten wichtig ist.

Die Klimaanlage war gut und nicht störend.

Man kommt schnell in die Stadt (Tram-Haltestelle "Florida" nur 5min entfernt).

Cons:

Die Fußbodenheizung im Bad ist nicht einstellbar oder deaktivierbar.

Wir nutzten den nicht überdachten, aber teuren Parkplatz in ca. 300m Entfernung.

Trotz moderner Schalldämmung hört man Türen schlagen und nachts Bässe der Schiffe oder Autos.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber die Tische könnten schneller abgeräumt werden.

Great staff
Pros:

Stayed here two nights. Needed restaurant recommendations and trip to the emergency room. Both of the gentlemen at the desk were so helpful.

- أسم الفندق برند جديد و حديث.

Very chill stay in Bergen
Pros:

Loved the location and the view from the windows. Staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel is located nearby the tram station where you can go from to the aiport or centrum. Breakfasat was standard continental (eggs, cheese, yogurt, sausages and so on). The hotel also offers a welcome drink. There is also a couple of open air saunas on the shore.

Cons:

The hotel bar works until 1 am at night. We had a room with a sea view and the music was really disturbing, taking into account that we lived on the last floor. I personally couldn't fall asleep until 1 am because of vibrations and sounds, even with a closed window. In the mornings, it is easy to wake up early if your neighbours are slamming the doors.

Amazing views, good location, but sub par service.
Pros:

I stayed at Moxy Bergen during the second week of May 2026 and had a mixed experience overall.

I booked a twin-bed sea-facing room and was ultimately assigned the room category that I had reserved. However, at check-in, I was told that this was an "upgrade," which was confusing since it appeared to be the exact room type I had originally booked.

The hotel is relatively new and well-maintained, but guests should be aware that the rooms are extremely small—much smaller than what many American travelers may be accustomed to. While the property is modern, the in-room amenities are fairly basic.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member, breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but I was initially charged and had to request a refund. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and the hotel cited a local strike/protest as the reason for not offering its regular service. During my stay, regular housekeeping services were also not being provided.

After I completed a survey through the Marriott Bonvoy app, the hotel responded positively by providing bottled water, a kettle, and additional condiments. I also requested housekeeping service, and the staff honored that request. The room itself was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.

The strongest aspects of the hotel are its location and views. The sea-facing rooms offer beautiful waterfront scenery and spectacular sunsets. The property is within walking distance of Bergen's city center, and public transportation is conveniently located nearby. The hotel also benefits from being a relatively new construction with a fresh and modern atmosphere.

Overall, Moxy Bergen offers an excellent location, beautiful views, and a modern property. However, the very small room size, inconsistent elite benefit recognition, limited amenities, and service disruptions during my stay prevented it from being a truly exceptional experience.

Mooi hotel en ligging bij water.

Personeel weinig betrokkenheid als dienstverlener, weinig correcte reacties op vragen, bijvoorbeeld over parkeren. Weinig interesse bij gasten.
