Localização e funcionamento interno nas entradas.

Cons:

A localização do ar condicionado deve estar na parte de fora do edifício, para não provocar barulho.
O quarto não teve arrumação diária e à saída foi me imputado o consumo de algo que eu nem sequer utilizei.

Do not book this place. It was awful. I arrived from a long international flight with a serious back injury, and instead of a place to rest, I found a 'digital wall'. There is no human staff to help you, only useless bots. I was left stranded without Wi-Fi and couldn't even access my room. I would have been stuck outside if a kind guest hadn't helped me.
The management is pathetic. They ignore your pleas for help but are incredibly quick to message you demanding extra fees for pets. The cleaning staff is rude and unhelpful. I felt completely unsafe and abandoned. It is an amateur, soulless operation that treats guests like garbage. I left traumatised and exhausted. Save yourself the stress and stay anywhere else but here.

Se você valoriza sua segurança e saúde, NÃO FIQUE AQUI. É como falar com uma parede. Cheguei de um voo internacional exausta, com problemas sérios na coluna, e fui tratada com total descaso. O atendimento é feito por robôs inúteis que não resolvem nada. Fiquei ilhada, sem Wi-Fi e quase não consegui entrar no quarto; se não fosse a ajuda de outro hóspede, eu teria dormido na rua. Eu não recebi e-mail algum com os dados de Wi‑Fi e fiquei ilhada. O código que me passaram tb não abria o local das chaves. Foi um sufoco.
​Eles não oferecem suporte nenhum, mas são rápidos para te chamar no WhatsApp apenas para cobrar taxas extras. A pessoa que falei da limpeza de manhã era grossa, sem postura com o cliente e zero prestativa. Teimava comigo que a senha deveria estar no meu email e, enfim, não se propôs a ajudar. Algo simples como a internet se tornou um grande problema pra esse lugar desgracado; não relaxei e não me senti validada. Peguei um ranco. O lugar é uma espelunca tecnológica que não funciona. Saio traumatizada e me sentindo insegura. Nem o meu pior inimigo merece esse descaso. Amadores, terríveis e sem um pingo de empatia. Fujam!
