There are limited onsite parking spaces available at the Hotel for £ 27.50 per night per car. Car parking must be booked in advance of your stay. Alternatively, there is an NCP car park on Tanner Row, just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel reception. Prices are approximately £24.50 for 24 hours, with discounts available when using the NCP app.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply to adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu is also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

The shower area didn't have a grab rail. Having had a recent stroke with balance issues faced difficulties with personal care. My daughter asked at reception regarding shower facilities for next time we stay. There are rooms to accommodate disabled people.

Overall the room was pretty impressive, we chose a family suite so had a pull out bed and a large double bed. There was plenty of room to move around and the bathroom was pretty special too, although no door, which could be a problem if staying with children.
We were provided with a Nespresso coffee machine, but didn't have any sugar, or milk??
The pull out bed wasn't the cleanest. There were quite a few long blonde hairs on the rug on the floor, as well as on the cushions on the pull out bed.
We had a table booked on the roof-top bar for some post-theatre drinks, when we arrived back at the hotel we realised we were likely going to miss the reservation time. I asked on reception if this was a problem and was told they'd hold the table for around 15-20 mins anyway. When we arrived at the bar we were completely ignored initially, then when I approached the waitress she turned us away. To be fair, we were later than the 15-20 mins we thought we'd be, but had there been better communication between the hotel staff and bar staff I feel this could have been avoided.
Perfect location, 5 minutes from station. Lovely big room, very comfortable bed, huge bathroom. I would definitely recommend.

Sadly, the hotel no longer offer the discounted price for the local car park. It states on previous questions on booking.com that have been answered by the hotel that a discounted price is offered for residents of the hotel in the local Tanner Row car park, however when asked the staff stated they no longer offer this service. Which is unfortunate as knowing this I would have looked for alternative cheaper parking.
