When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance- unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs in our Sora Sky Bar.
Please note our Sora Sky Bar is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
There are limited onsite parking spaces available at the Hotel for £ 27.50 per night per car. Car parking must be booked in advance of your stay. Alternatively, there is an NCP car park on Tanner Row, just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel reception. Prices are approximately £24.50 for 24 hours, with discounts available when using the NCP app.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply to adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu is also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

La ubicación
El desayuno. No es buffet, lo que obliga a solicitar un plato con algunas comidas que a las personas no le agradan. Lo mejor es buffet donde cada persona saca y come lo que le gusta.
Ademas hay que esperar 10-15 minutos por el desayuno que ó de la carta...pésimo y engorroso sistema ya que cuando el hotel tiene mas del 50% ocupado hay que esperar hasta 20 minutos por un plato obligado de la carta, solución BUFFET.

This was our first time staying for a friends special 50th birthday 🎁 they were great emailing back and forth about me putting a balloon in the room so I appreciate the help
We were only two couples staying and wasn’t told anything about booking the roof top bar which would of been lovely for my friend and I would of pre booked this for her
When going upstairs we were met by a lady with blonde hair when we asked how we get a table? She was so rude to us that we should have booked and didn’t even say there was another bar on the floor we could use! Being in the hospitality industry working for an airline her attitude was unacceptable! And let the whole day and night down for us right from the moment we came! Sadly a few other people commented on the roof top staff too 🙄shame as it was a great location but we s had better customer experience at other hotels in York which we will be going back to!
Location
We were staying the night to Celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and informed the hotel in advance. We asked if we could have a champagne breakfast with a nice table but our request was completely ignored
The roof top bar was so good. And great views of York

The location was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were friendly the breakfast and drinks on the bar were all good
I think there could have been more cocktails on the menu.
