When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance- unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs in our Sora Sky Bar.
Please note our Sora Sky Bar is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
There are limited onsite parking spaces available at the Hotel for £ 27.50 per night per car. Car parking must be booked in advance of your stay. Alternatively, there is an NCP car park on Tanner Row, just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel reception. Prices are approximately £40.00 for 24 hours.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply to adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu is also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Starting 9th October 2024 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.

The location was perfect
The room smelt stale. Although the room was very large there were no hooks for coats or the dressing gowns which were provided.

It was conveniently placed to city and train station
The dog dining policy was ridiculous . Huge restaurant where an area could have been created for dogs and owners but we were placed in a Leper colony away from the restaurant and other guest must have thought we were in the naughty corner. The result, we didn't dine in the restaurant we went out to more friendly restaurants-Malmaison loss

•The room was tidy and modern, with well-maintained furniture.

•The sky bar is a major bonus. The sky bar now has a pavilion something that wasn't there during my last visit which is a very nice addition for windy or rainy days.
+ We really appreciated the room upgrade provided by the reception team to celebrate our wedding; it was fantastic service that we will look back on fondly.
FYI: We were there a few years ago and got a discount at the car park next door..., but
That wasn't the case this time, so we ended up paying £40 for parking.
