When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for a maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance- unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs in our Sora Sky Bar.
Please note our Sora Sky Bar is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
There are limited onsite parking spaces available at the Hotel for £ 27.50 per night per car. Car parking must be booked in advance of your stay. Alternatively, there is an NCP car park on Tanner Row, just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel reception. Prices are approximately £24.50 for 24 hours, with discounts available when using the NCP app.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply to adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu is also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

Bed was too hard was like lying on wood.
Couldn't find the fridge for ages which was hidden away.
The room was strange, tiny, open planned. Felt like kitchen was in bathroom.
Toilet felt like it was in a cupboard.
The lights not bright enough at the back near sink area.
The room was not worth the money at all.
Was trying to be quirky but fell very short.
Shower cubicle not private and not frosted.
This was like a one person room.
Pillow sank to nothing when you put your head on it
Wasn't luxurious in anyway shape or form..
No toilets near reception which seemed crazy.
There were no little added extras like in other high end hotels, like soaps and tooth brushes etc.

Incorrect bill for dinner, both doors to car space not working...difficult for someone with mobility issues,
Cooked breakfast served before I had finished my yoghurt and fruit, I had to leave a day early as my wife was ill, checked out and was promised a call or email to inform me if I was due a refund but still waiting a contact four days later, the day after i checked out i received a telephone call asking me when i was checking out as check out was 11.00 and it was now after 13.00 hrs!!!
Wrote to complain on Wednesday.pisted first class, no contact.
Is thus an anomaly or is ir standard level of service?
Absolutely everything about the hotel - it was amazing service, location and facilities all without being pretentious.
The room was a good location to the centre ans easy to locate from railway station
Bed had a stain on it and bed needs more care to the pillows
Great location, comfortable and clean
Roof terraced closed and staff unaccomidating and not very friendly
The room was too warm/airless and the aircon didn't work properly, even though I spoke to staff on a couple of occasions about it.
