Pros:

The rooms are reasonable, good size, AC, good bathrooms. Receptionist that works there is very helpful. Close to BigC supermarket and on the main road. Not sure if its been fixed but the location pin wasn't correct when I originally booked.

Cons:

No communication with the owner, despite having contact details provided from an automatic Booking.com message - I originally booked for a few nights, then was trying to add some more nights on before I arrived - no reply to email, no reply to the number given on Line app.

When I arrived, same problem - nobody at the reception and no reply on the phone number to get access. Waited about 10-15minutes before the receptionist arrived. So not too bad but the communication from the owners is completely non-existent.

It's also a bit expensive compared to Green View Apartments which is about 450/baht night and more or less the same quality
