The hotel staff made an effort to be friendly and helpful, with someone even offering us an upgrade when we checked out early. We appreciated the gesture, but we declined. We really liked the location as it gave us an insight into an authentic Vietnamese neighborhood. The people were warm, friendly and sooo delightful.
Even though this hotel was quite low priced, we were disappointed to find that the room was dusty and wreaked of cigarette smoke even though, because I am asthmatic, I specifically requested a non smoking room when I was asked my preference on Booking.com. Our main peeve was the thick and dust filled cobwebs that hung throughout the room and over the elevator entrance. We checked out the next morning, even though the room was booked for 3 nights.

Was in a bad location, little shops or restaurants within walking distance.
