Great experience, amazing owner ,unprofessional staff
Pros:

The hotel is a real experience, the owner is super kind and friendly and described the story of the building. When she found out the staff were not behaved respectfully she immediately upgraded our room as an apology

Cons:

The staff are not professional and need a good training like the way they spoke or language barrier that they suffer.

Also we paid 6€ for 1 litr of tap water and we found out during the checkout that tap water is paid in this property

Nous avons séjourné une nuit avec ma mère dans ce merveilleux endroit, ouvert sur toutes les cultures. Nous nous y sommes senties très bien. Nous y avons été accueillies par deux femmes incroyables, bienveillantes avec une énergie inspirante.

so very unimpressed with the cost vs the service reality

Location is a bit difficult….property is beautiful. Food was very good .

Cons:

This could be a fabulous hotel but it appears there is no management. Lots of friendly staff but none focused on tasks ….order a drink at pool that never comes ….told breakfast at 8 and at 10 to 9 they show up . Something is missing .
