It’s in good location
If you are in Goa, avoid this hotel as it is not worth the price. The swimming pool is extremely small, there is no car or even two-wheeler parking, and the entire property feels congested. The rooms are poorly maintained—my AC wasn’t working—and the lift is cramped and inconvenient.
To make things worse, they constantly change their pricing based on the season, taking advantage of tourists. The on-site restaurant is overpriced, charging an outrageous ₹1500 for fish, which is completely unacceptable. This hotel is not family-friendly, poorly managed, and is simply looting people under the name of Goa. Look elsewhere for a better and more genuine experience!
The staff at the hotel were great. They helped with anything I needed.
I had to turn off the ac at one point during the night because it was too noisy.
The hotel location is close to anything you need really. Food, amenities, restaurants, small shops for gifts. The tv has a few channels in Indian and a few in English. The list was long but I only wanted music in the background.
If you are fussy and will go looking for flaws then the hotel isn’t for you. There was a small hair on my bed, the bathroom wasn’t the cleaned. A dirty foot towel was left but it didn’t bother me. Easily fixable by the hotel but I was easy as a single traveller. The view from the balcony my side was a building site. Etc.

Off the main road so quiet but easy to get around by walking. I had an issue with the first room (smelt a bit musty) and they immediately put me in a different room. This is an Indian (local) hotel but I felt very welcomed as a westerner.
Breakfast was poor. No options for gluten free or alternative milks. Wasn't clear how the pricing was either. I paid £350 for a bowl of watermelon and an omelette. But I thought it was included. Much better to go else where to eat.

I personally did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. the room was not great as the ceiling fan was almost falling off the ceiling. it's definitely not what you see on the website. I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. I'm hoping hotels.com would reconsider and provide a refund for the nights I didn't stay as I had to move to a better hotel and now paid for 2 hotels. I'm a loyal customer of hotels.com for the past 7 years
