Not much
I have stayed here many times over the years even during the construction phase of the new part from royal homies to now the royal vista put up with the construction noise and cleaning noise (if you stay on floor 5) but what I experienced this time I will never go back again
Cooktop not working. Fridge not working. Wifi absolutely a disgrace virtually unusable ants in room. The gun in the bathroom sprays backwards sometimes construction noise from 7am now to the real bad point the night manager didn’t get his name is a rude and arrogant man should not be working in the hospitality industry one towel had a stain on it and he charged me 150000 vnd for it It needed a wash but he became very aggressive and demanded payment I was so shocked and threatened by this man I threw my money at him so he would stop threatening me I am so upset by this I’m still shocked now please do not listen to all the fantasy reviews that this place has read the Royal homies reviews before they changed their name to royal vista all is not what it seems with this hotel take you business Elsewhere DO NOT STAY HERE

The construction next to the hotel is very noisy in early morning which I cannot sleep.
The drainage hole in the WC is not working properly
Location was good, quiet area and close to restaurants, convenience stores and most importantly, Starbucks!
This was a self contained apartment with a single stove (more than sufficient, however, its hard to cook anything with no pots or pans, cooking utensils or plates/bowls to put them on.
The shower design is bad. The shower is higher than the bathroom floor which causes water to leak onto the floor. Shower head was fantastic, the water temp controller took a bit to get used to.
The room size was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful (despite language challenges). Room was quite clean and well presented.
The bedding cleanliness was questionable, a number of long hairs amongst the sheets but maybe just from the person making the bed (at least we hope so). We had some plumbing issues, partly our lack of understanding of drains in Vietnam. Were provided minimal towelling.
The building next door is under construction, therefore was a lot of noise at day time. Slow shower drains.

Apartment on the basement floor is a little misplaced, in front of the garage, with motorbikes. Not a big deal though

The rooms were beautiful felt very homey and like a cute little Paris apartment. Loved the doors. The reception ladies are gorgeous
Located in the heart of District 7, this location offers excellent access to local amenities as well as an easy ride to other parts of the city. All of the staff I interacted with were polite and professional. They were also very responsive to any question I had and endeavored to make my stay as pleasant as possible.
Excellent for long term stays.
Took too long for air on to cool the room down. It did eventually get cool.
