Quarto tamanho bom, colchão bom, café da manhã razoável.
Muita poeira, os quartos se não forem bem cuidados vão deteriorar. Cobertores guardados sem um plástico de proteção, poeira nos quartos. Estive no hotel logo após o presidente se hospedar, estava um espetáculo, mas hoje parece que não estão mantendo a manutenção.
Quarto extremamente sujo. Mudei tres vezes de quarto ate encontrar um que desse para ficar. A sujeira era tanta, que ate debaixo das camas havia grossa camada de poeira, garrafa de água antiga e preservativo usado.
Já fiquei outras vezes no hotel, tem boa localização, bom atendimento, limpo, boa cama e banho.
Entendo que o hotel precisa ter uma manutenção mais constante, nos banheiros e iluminação principalmente. Uma série de pequenos problemas são encontrados nos quartos.
Ótima. Muito limpa e sem barulho.

Adorei a acomodação, super confortável, funcionários solícitos e educados e refeições excelentes.
Acredito que a limpeza dos quartos pode ser melhorada. A pessoa que limpa chegou a entrar algumas vezes no quarto e não levar toalha reserva, não limpar corretamente o telefone e moveis o qual eu evidenciei poeira e o piso o qual eu evidenciei um pedaço de alimento (batata) q caiu e não foi removido em dois dias q o serviço de quarto esteve no local.
