Poderia ter dado excelente em tudo, se nao fosse a sirene de alarme de incêndio do hotel ter disparado a 1 hora da manhã, por falha e todos os hóspedes terem que sair dis quartos e irem para recepção. Eu estava acomodado no 25° Andar de 27 andares e tivemos que descer. Um caos, mas ainda bem que nao era um incêndio no hotel

Super zentral und sehr sauber, außergewöhnliches Frühstück.

Cons:

Personal zum größten Teil extrem nett, nur bei der Ankunft eher abweisend und erster Eindruck war, man wäre unwillkommen. Hat sich dann nicht bestätigt, hat aber zu Beginn für Verunsicherung gesorgt.

Incredible location, very nice experience.
Pros:

Staff very friendly, comfortable room, clean and quiet. Excellent price/quality breakfast. Incredible location at times square. Easy and cheap late check out.

Cons:

Too busy elevator in the morning, very large waiting time. One of the elevators was used as breakfast shuttle.
I used almost always the escalator (So I didn´t went to the fitness center)

An exceptional hotel with a perfect location, outstanding breakfast, incredibly comfortable rooms
Pros:

Our stay at **Riu Plaza Manhattan Times Square** was outstanding. We especially loved the breakfast, with its excellent smoked salmon, Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries, a great selection of cereals, fresh juices, and delicious toasted gluten-free bread. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Double Room, which was spacious, featured incredibly comfortable beds, and had a large, modern bathroom. We were also impressed by the hotel's exceptional breakfast organization—despite being fully booked, guests were seated so efficiently that there was virtually no waiting for a table. The location is perfect, with Times Square and most major attractions, theaters, restaurants, and shopping all within a comfortable 5 to 20-minute walk. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
