This was my second stay there, mainly because there isn't a lot around that area, and it's a home away from home for me, its still needs some work but its a decent for long-term stay. I liked seeing Kajal and Rina from my first stay. It was nice seeing a friendly face who remembered me. I liked that my second room, which was my original request, was cleaner than the first one and had the balcony overlooking the pool. I liked the new addition of the mocktail bar and the snack shake. It was great pani puri and late night ice cream. I liked the pool, but it needs some work, tiles falling out, nice little over decorations like the angel wings. It was lovely sitting out on our balcony in the evening and being able to enjoy the music eveytjing lit up, Independence Day decorations too. Whoever, the dj had very good taste. Was nice out there by the pool. it just needs to be upgraded a bit. Still a nice relaxing atmosphere if you want a nice afternoon by the pool, good for family parties, and couples. The restaurant makes good food overall, and the restaurant and room service are good. Just would love to see some variety also. But the fresh scrambled eggs were so good and my go-to daily, as a forgiener whose stomach sometimes could only handle that. I like that the property is secure also and will lit, offering lots of choices, villas, and spa, all lovely amenities. I'd sincerely consider getting a villa next time. They offer their own swimming pools in each. I also like the pool side service. The afternoon tea was a nice feature on arrival as well. Also, the beds are comfortable for a long-term stay, the rooms are well laid out and after english channels.
I was sincerely disappointed to see that the place has basically gone downhill since the last time I had a long-term stay. I was there even with the new additions to the outside. Staff was overall friendly, unfortunately, and the language barrier cause some miscommunication and misunderstandings. If you're not with a local, I would not recommend it for that reason alone. The overall food was lacking in comparison to my last day, but it was still good. However, they made excellent scrambled eggs. Grateful that they had those offered daily as there was not much breakfast selection, and as somebody who stayed at the hotel for a long term, it was extremely disappointed that the selections were the same, basically daily. As somebody who's allergic to watermelon, that was one of the fruits they served daily but never offered anything else, including juices. They did, however, take my suggestion. And attempted to incorporate some. The cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be reviewed as I would not recommend drinking from the glass bottles on the tables. They are very clearly not cleaned as mildew sits around the neck of the glass jar. We brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, and still, it was not fixed, but we were offered bottled water after that. I will say that I'm grateful the staff in the kitchen learned how to make my daily espresso coffee as they did not offer, espresso, even though they had the machine, and is one of the reasons I specifically chose that hotel knowing that, I would be able to have that as I did last time. We were told on the 1st day that it was being repaired. And ten days later, it was not. On our last few nights there, we had several issues with the front desk not communicating our request for housekeeping. Unfortunately, our rooms were not cleaned after 6 hours of being out. The fresh towel is not replenished or stained, clogs in the shower, and unclean sheets with stains, stained over used towels.
location is good
The location was quiet, with great views. The staff was courteous but sometimes felt need some training.
Buffet dinner food was not so good. Breakfast buffet was good. A La Carte dinner food was good.

The property is good and looks beautiful. The location is great connectivity to most places around.
The room could be dust free, and simple logic of changing dental kits on every room service is something the staff should be taught.
We had issued with the flush in our toilet but nobody really took care of it after 2-3 complaints. Plus the Reception & Kitchen was not updated about our breakfast included deal and we had to break our heads by showing proofs from booking.com and then coordinating between both the teams!

The staff was rude, especially the lady and the person sitting on the reception. The staff is highly mis managed with no awareness of how to manage guests. It looks like a bunch of illexperienced people managing a good property.
The lady at the reception does not know how to speak with guests. Waiters while asking for help saying we cannot do that.
And after paying individually every time ordering food with staff taking the photos of it, making sure while checking out no dues is pending from our side. The same lady from reception started calling you have dues to be paid and have not paid any food bill.
The staff while taking photos of payment have not shared the photos to the team and the team don't even bother to check.
I asked them to check with your team on it she replied and checked you have not paid. Since it was all Google pay I shared the photos of payments.
Waiter while dining is requested to buy the popcorn for child, refused to go and told that you go yourself and buy it.

There are problems in flushing in bathroom, tv is not working properly used cake in freezer and linens are not being cleaned and make proper clothes
