Pros:

Ich wusste nicht so recht, was mich erwartet. Insgesamt ein sehr überzeugendes Konzept, die Kabine war für zwei Tage gut, Aber nichts für Leute mit Platzangst, Segler werden kein Problem damit haben :-), Dafür war aber sonst der Gastraum mit Bar schön und zum Ankommen und Verweilen. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber, gute Musik, sehr nette Atmosphäre.

Preis-Leistung hat mich überzeugt und sehr zentral gelegen für Menschen, die Hamburg so richtig erleben wollen.

Ich würde es für ein z. B. Wochenende wieder buchen.

It was really nice, I would return. The room had everything I needed for a short stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, I liked the amount of options, although it was a bit too expensive.

Cons:

I think there should have been some tissues provided for drying hands/mouth in the bathroom and on the tables. The neighbourhood was pretty dirty and noisy compared to the rest of Hamburg, but inside the hostel this did not matter at all.

Das Personal war sehr nett und verständnisvoll, ob wohl ich wirklich spät angekommen bin.
Toilette war sauber, genauso wie das Zimmer.
Die Größe des Zimmers reicht für eine Übernachtung.
Alles in allem wieder ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wenn auch nur sehr kurz

amazing stay really
Pros:

super cute hotel, the rooms are cozy, the bar/lobby is nice as well, i liked the showers and the stuff was super cool! And the speakers in the rooms are awesome. I listened to frequencies all night.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise wurde ich stets herzlich empfangen und kompetent unterstützt. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein.

Die Einrichtung ist modern, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Ambiente ist urban, kreativ und passt perfekt zu Hamburg. Die zentrale Lage ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Insgesamt ist das Konzept interessant und für einen kurzen, preisbewussten Aufenthalt durchaus geeignet – vorausgesetzt, man weiß genau, was einen erwartet.

Cons:

Wenn man weiß, worauf man sich einlässt, ist das eine ganz nette Sache. Allerdings gestehe ich mir auch meinen eigenen Fehler ein: Ich habe über Booking.com gebucht und mich in erster Linie am Preis orientiert, ohne genau zu lesen, dass sich Duschen und Toiletten nicht im Zimmer befinden und es sich nicht um klassische Hotelzimmer, sondern um Kabinen handelt. Für Menschen mit Platzangst ist das eher ungeeignet. Ich persönlich empfinde es als extrem unangenehm, nachts in Boxershorts über den Flur laufen zu müssen, um eine Toilette aufzusuchen.

Was jedoch wirklich nicht in Ordnung war: Wenn auf einer Etage nur eine einzige Toilette zur Verfügung steht, muss diese auch durchgehend sauber sein. Das war leider absolut nicht der Fall. Mein Eindruck war, dass morgens einmal gereinigt wurde, aber im Laufe des Tages – bei entsprechend häufiger Nutzung – war die Toilette abends schlicht nicht mehr nutzbar. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

I could relax and stay warm and cozy
Pros:

All the staff members were so friendly and helpful. Mandy was lovely and a pleasure to deal with.

I noticed how clean it was! Immaculate! I like the style and vibe. Very modern and a cozy temperature everywhere I went in the hostel.

Showers, toilets, rooms all clean and kept to a high standard. A shame I I didn’t get to try the breakfast or the bar. But I am sure it is great too!
