La climatisation ne marchait pas, les toilettes sentaient le poisson et la chambre est peu lumineuse (petite fenêtre et ampoules peu puissantes).

The mattress had a thick plastic over it, topped with a thin sheet - this made the bed very hot. Especially when there’s no proper air conditioning in the room. It’s a super humid room, so the bathroom floor always feels wet. The shower head doesn’t air properly, so you have to use it as a handheld shower. Which gets water everywhere! You can hear everything your neighbours say and do in their rooms.

it was very dirty inside even the floor, someone's hair was everywhere(and even a comb with someone's hair, I attached it to the photo) the door was broken, a very old hotel, from the photo it looked like it was new, I booked 2 weeks in advance, it seems your cleaners don't clean, I had to clean everything myself since we had to live there for 2 days, please make sure that your cleaning staff does the same, it's not allowed (( we asked for another room, they didn't refuse us, thank you for that, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes and was not cozy at all.

SCAM ALERT!! Not even for one night. I dont even know why booking.com offers this. Huge amounts of dangerous mold everywhere (we looked at 5 different rooms), sometimes they tried to cover it, but sometimes not even that. Also, in every room there wete minor to major damages to the furniture. We had to take another hotel and it was REAL trouble to get our money back (they refuse to answer us as well as booking.com). We only got our money back after consulting a korean-speaking friend who called the (btw incompetent) staff and was insulted by them. The hotel could have been actually nice, if there had not besn that amount of mismanagent over the last years leading to the damages and the mold. Also, the location was fairly remote.
