I was travelling with family and kids. Had to move out of the property with disappointment.
Break fast counters were flooded with low category guests.
Not recommended for family.

Good ambience, good food and efficient service
Pros:

A very well managed hotel. Spic and span rooms and good food.
Shivani and Ankita at the Reception were very helpful in accommodating our requests and arranging for a drop to Dharampur. Services by Satendra in house keeping are par excellence. Would also like to thank Akhil in the Breakfast Team.
I would like to make a very special mention of Mr Baadal who drove us to Dharampur. I had a muscle pull in the back but due to his skillful driving and considerate attitude, I hardly felt any jerks or pain during the drive.
Thank you Baadal.

Pros:

It was a lovely stay, starting from our driver Mr. Bahadur who was kind enough to guide us about the palace, the hotel staff were also very kind and friendly.

部屋の大きさ、ベッドの大きさと柔らかさ、アメニティ、シャワールームの広さ、トイレや洗面所の広さ、食事の種類やおいしさ、ライブキッチン、そして何よりフロントやキッチンスタッフの接客の良さなど、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました！

Cons:

公式アプリで予約をしたかったが、他の宿泊予約サイトの方が宿泊費が安くなっていたのが残念だった。せめて公式アプリが最安であってほしいし、他サイトで予約しても会員であれば宿泊カウント対象としてもらえるサービスがあってもよいと考える。
