Pros:

Good position for trips around the lake. Air condition in the room. Comfortable bed in the bedroom.

Cons:

Position of the apartment Is close to the very noisy road and you can hear traffic even during the day and night.
Downstairs the building is kinder garden so you can hear small kids crying from 8am.
During our stay was parking place under reconstruction so we had to leave our car on the hot sun, it was very bad for our kids.
We had to wait 30 minutes for keys when we arrived.
