Chambre confortable, mais tout en angle (beaucoup perte de place).
Il aurait fallu que la chambre soit aérée car il y avoir une odeur particulière!
Literie correcte. Petit déjeuner convenable.

Hôtel et personnel très bien.

Par contre la plate-forme Hôtel.com est désastreuse. 3 jours pour récupérer ma facture pour me faire rembourser. Impossible de la trouver sur le site. Des échanges très longs et infructueux avec un assistant virtuel nul et à côté de la plaque qui répond toujours la meme chose…scandaleux.
Heureusement, au bout de 3 jours, g pu tchatcher enfin avec une vraie personne qui me l’a envoyé par mail.
De plus, en passant par Hôtel.com, la note est 20€ + cher qu’en direct.
Fuyez Hôtel.com, je ne repasserais plus jamais par cette plateforme d’incompétents et de voleurs.

Super accueil, personnel très sympathique et agréable. Chambre nickel pour 1nuit. Insonorisation moyenne et il manque juste un sèche cheveux dans la chambre sinon petit déjeuner copieux à volonté !

Chambre petite et trop humide. Chauffage bruyant.
Lits petits et inconfortables. Fenêtre très petite et bruit à l’extérieur. 7 portes à ouvrir pour atteindre sa chambre (jamais vu ça). Passages et escaliers non chauffées et froids.
Douche agréable. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner honnête.

Alors l'accueil était trop bien, sympathique et tres aimable.
Ensuite j'ai pu remarqué qu'il y à une piscine extérieure c'est fantastique je reviendrais donc en été pour m'y baigner .
