Nice quaint small hotel in the city center. Happy to book there and stay again the next time I’m in Phuket

The hotel was lovely, the bed and linen were just fantastic! I had an enjoyable stay here.
The hotel arranged transfers to collect me from the ferry and drop me at the airport which was a great service

This property is cute and quaint. If you want to explore old town it's the perfect place to stay. Most excursions that include transfers will pick up from this location

Hotel was very clean. staff friendly & helpful. Good hotel for a short stay to see Old Town.
Pool access room was great for a quick dip after walking around Old Town. Hotel is a short walk to Old Town. Not many places to eat nearby but a mini mart is close by.

The doors were quite squeaky but other than that everything was perfect!

Staff were so helpful and sorted a restaurant booking for me. Loved the little pool and a short walk to Old Phuket Town. Incredible value for money. Some great bars in Old Phuket Town, check out The Library which closed 3am. The MC was awesome. We can recommend Jane’s food tasting walking tour too. Great for orientation and meeting point 10 minute walk from hotel.

The location of this hotel is brilliant for the old town however the pool was dirty and the pool acess room was just a set of steps off of the side of the balcony which for some reason was incredibly greasy! The walls of the rooms are so thin everytime a door opened on our floor we thought it was someone coming in our room and we were woken up from the family next door having a blazing row!

Bathroom was in very poor condition. Plenty of water stains. Shower had mold

Lovely little place, super clean and fairly modern as well. The room was a tad small but we managed. Breakfast was great, and room service was super quick as well. Overall we enjoyed our time at Ratri and would recommend it!

Quiet location just a short walk from many local restaurants. Less than 1 km to Old Town. Friendly staff very good housekeeping staff. Only downsides were the sometimes slow internet and the smooth tile adjacent to the pool was very slippery. Small but adequate gym for a short stay. Would stay here again

Beautifully designed hotel

Convenient location in Old town Phuket.
Impeccably clean property.
Superb pool and adjacent restaurant.
We encountered some a/c & shower issues but the staff quickly rectified it.

The property is located about 10-15 minutes walk from old town Phuket! It was a very short stay for my husband and I but we enjoyed the stay! The food that is provided on the first floor was amazing!
