Incrível a localização e o hotel!

We had the poola villa and it is absolute amazing.Staff is great, amazing service stunning location and landscape.The combination between modern and nature is fascinating. The only downside are the prices at the bars and restaurants. EG 17 Euros for a Heineken at 0.33ml. Other than that great all the way.

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa struttura, personale molto gentile e professionale, ristoranti, speciale menzione al Sea Salt dove ho mangiato il migliore Pad Thai della mia vita! Forse sarebbe interessante avere un’alternativa un po’ più internazionale. L’acqua della piscina era leggermente freddina, ma forse tutto dipende dal periodo in cui si soggiorna. Eccezionale la colazione, tutto servito a la carte. Camera spaziosa, silenziosa dove ci siamo trovato benissimo. Consigliabile avere una macchina. Nel complesso 10, veramente di livello alto. Complimenti!

Hôtel magnifique, emplacement calme, isolé à l’écart de la ville. Service formidable grâce a un personnel compétent et très sympathique. Séjour inoubliable

The restaurants are understaffed.

It was one of the best stays I have over the world; thus every thing can be improved like the way to Alila; the first day we arrived very late at night it was a bit scary going through an old neighborhood with no lights. Constructing even a dusty road from the rooms to the sea would help a lot, especially for disabled or old people or children. Having garbage bins around would help the environment, guests and staff. Having disposable things in the Spa area and opening the Jacuzzi with the other free stuff like any other Spas in the world
Last but not least dinner does not match the high quality of the breakfast.

Words will fail ti explain how amazing this place is

We had an enjoyable stay at Alila Hinu Bay @ Salalah. The property was peaceful and tranquil, and the staff were all warm and ready to help. Our toddler loves the greenery and friendly waitresses.

Great location and hotel setting. Beautiful scenery and area itself. Food quality for the price and the service needs real improvement. Each food order took minimum 40min to arrive. Kids club needs a lot of improvement and some more proper activities planned to make use of it.

The service was amazing Maureen smile and the rest of the team at each of the meals was great thank you Chef for the amazing food and receipe

We had a great stay - we were looking for somewhere quiet to do some reading and writing. The ocean was beautiful, the food was very good. Everyone at the hotel was also friendly

Very much off the beaten track luxury, beautifully delivered. A fabulous, unique location and lovely design and execution of the built environment which blends seamlessly with the desert around it. Still some issues with the food and beverage side of things - service and quality is not up to 5-Star standard yet, but the potential is huge.
