My stay was not satisfactory and I was told I would be reimbursed for 2 nights & that still hasn’t happened.
Pros:

I had a horrible stay. I was given a room without balcony, bathroom was filthy, glass on show door was cracked. I was move 2 days later to a room where the tv was broken and 2 technician came to fix it and it was never fixed. I had to clean my own room & get towels for room & pool.

The hotel was gross. I would not recommend staying there especially for the price.

The room looked dirty there were footprints in the bathroom and the night tables were smudged. It was gross. The bed was uncomfortable because it was old and the sheets were too soft like when they are old.

The person in charge of breakfast, Tiffany, was great as was her staff.

My stay was awesome
Pros:

The location was perfect. The staff was great. The room was nice and the ocean view was beautiful.

Cons:

It was difficult at times trying to call. I was on hold for so long or when I called getting the wrong location.

It was ok. Wouldn’t stay again. Or would request a better room.
Pros:

The location was great. Our room was over the pool , very noisy;it was over the pool pump and motor which was very noisy. The beds were comfortable. It would havre been nicer with coffees in our room.

wonderful, near the beach
Pros:

Rooms were close together, breakfast was fine; breakfast staff v.friendly. The desk staff overall helpful

One desk lady didn't explain the additional temporary charge for each room that comes off on check out; she made it seem like charges were owed for the entire stay

Never stay at a Tru Hotel
Pros:

Front desk staff was friendly. Soap in the shower smelled good

Cons:

Room and towels smelled like mold/mildew. It was so bad I had to get new towels. I attempted to switch rooms but nothing was available. The room had no closet or dresser… where the heck was I supposed to put my stuff? Luckily this was a short trip and I will never stay at a Tru ever again. The hallway was constantly dirty and never vacuumed. I looked at the same press on finger nail in the hallway for 2 days.

Was a pleasant stay with great location
Pros:

Location is excellent. Rooftop bar is fantastic - loved Sandra and Kel - best service and so friendly. Tacos were some of the best we had.
