Overpriced due to location. Low value for money.
Pros:

Location is good, very active, nice restaurants nearby, close to the ocean and nice beach walk.

Cons:

Very old hardware, none of USB was working. Door had broken manual lock.
Pool is dirty and some guest use it just to wash legs after the beach...
Breakfast is free, but tasteless.
"Parking" logo at Booking.com page looks like a scam. No parking, there is a 3rd party parking nearby, but when you search hotels with parking you expect to see parking on site, or included in the cost. This parking is stand alone, for additional $25/day.

Busy and fun, crowded but met our needs
Pros:

The location was great! Amazing spot for a family visit with kids and grandparents.

Cons:

It was super busy, so it was hard to get a spot by the pool or at breakfast, in the elevator, etc. otherwise, great trip!

Pros:

Close to everything! Liked the kitchen and fridge, roof top view was cool, game and common area is spacious.

Cons:

The bedding was a little light for my liking, breakfast was too busy and options weren't great.

The location was great! The included breakfast was also a plus.

Cons:

The parking set up to get in and out of the parking garage is not ideal and did not function as it should have. We were asked to provide our parking ticket to the front desk and then we were to set up an electronic ticket to get in out of the garage which would expire at the end of our stay. The QR code did not work. It would not scan. It seemed like every day it would expire. This process should be carefully looked at because it does not work.

Cons:

Bed and bath linens are not comfortable. The daily cleaning and organization of the rooms also leaves something to be desired. But that doesn’t make the stay bad,

The hotel is great, it just needs small adjustments.
