Location was interesting. Nice upscale neighborhood, great for walking but would have to drive to other attractions, coffee, food , etc. It was clean and comfortable.

The stove needed to be fixed as all
Burners were not functioning properly.
Lovely neighbourhood, quiet and safe. Without a car it's a good walk to a store or restaurants but pleasant along the canal and then into some beautiful older homes. Easy check in and out. The place was clean and the beds comfortable although the pillows weren't great.
We had problems getting the AC to our liking but management quickly came round and sorted us out.
Kitchen was a bit sparsely equipped but again management was quick to come round with additional items.
Seating arrangement in the living room was a bit odd, room for 3 on a sofa but we were 4 adults.
Overall it's a great spot for a couple of nights
It was a cute apartment and the area was deceiving. It was us women staying there and we felt very uncomfortable due to some suspicions with guys watching us from the bedroom.
There were guys watching us from the bedroom that made us feel very uncomfortable. Walking back and forth by the front door. Causing the front lights to go on and off. Reached out to the host who offered to call the police but that didn’t make us feel comfortable because we weren’t sure of these guys were neighbors who would bother us some more after the police left. We decided to leave only after being there for 5 hours and walked out to the standing by our cars smiling at us. I expressed this to the host and asked for a partial refund and he refused!!! Now I can’t help but think that this was done on purpose to keep my money!! DO NOT STAY HERE BECAUSE THE HOST DOES NOT HELP AND IT WAS DARK WITH NOT ENOUGH LIGHTING OUT!!!!! We feared for our safety!

Where do I begin? This place has been the worst experience ever. My check-in was at 4.p.m. and my family and I arrived at 3:55 and immediately noticed many red flags. I opened the refrigerator, and it looked as though it had never been cleaned before. There were black clumps of some type of substance left behind. There was dirt built up throughout the fridge along with hair. The oven was atrocious and looked as though they never cleaned it. There was hair from top to bottom left behind in both beds and the floors. The unit smelled of old mop water it was nauseating. The decor, kitchen, flooring, and counter tops that were displayed on the website are not what you see in person. The entire unit is outdated and needs to be remodeled. Alex, the property manager, is a compulsive liar and a snake. Please be aware! As soon as we noticed the condition of the property, we immediately requested a refund and right away searching for other accommodations. Alex offered to have a cleaner to come by to clean the unit again, however I just wanted to leave because who in their right mind would want to sit there watching someone clean when you've been in the car all day mind you I have small children. We just want to settle down. I declined that offer and discussed with him and a rep from booking.com that I would rather just go elsewhere and get a refund. Now, while on the phone with me, he was fine with my request, but when he got on the phone with a representative, the manipulation began. He would say something different each time in order for me not to receive my money. He made our first night a difficult one to put into nice words. He's a crook! This place has the potential to be a wonderful vacation home. However, due to the lack of honesty all around, I don't see that happening.
The location and the air conditioning was very good.
The quietness of the neighborhood the exterior of the property was neat.
Once again we have had a pleasurable stay at an Alain Bay property. We have stayed numerous times and are always pleased with the location when we are in Ft. Lauderdale to celebrate the holidays with nearby family. We can always count on cleanliness of the unit. Alex is always available should we need anything, but we never do!
