It's a good place

Cons:

Got a complimentary drinks voucher for the stay and when using it I asked the staff twice can I pick any drink of the drinks menu she said yes then when going to pay for breakfast when using it I was charged for the drink by another staff member and was told it was only on selected drinks .it's all ok but it would have been nice if they had compromised with me.

Laara at the reception was really nice, welcoming.

Cons:

We had drinks at the lobby, need clean tables and check floors before the next guest come. Undustand if it busy. They did very quickly. Staff were nice

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. Milk jugs sitting in melted ice. Which when you pick up jugs they drip everywhere. I told the staff member but she didn't understand me.
We thought the breakfast was incredibly expensive @$38

Clean, neat and efficient.
Pros:

It was close to any facilities you needed. I had the best room in the hotel, room 912. It had a peregrine falcon nesting outside on the balcony.
And one more thing, this hotel is better than many 5 star hotels in terms of efficiency; things just work.
