Overall it's a nice place to stay, the buffet breakfast was delicious and most of the staff were very friendly. Good value for money.

Cons:

The first room we were allocated after checking in had dirty sheets - there were very obvious brown marks all over one side of the bed. I understand missing a couple of small, old stains on fresh sheets but these were large dirty patches. We notified reception about the sheets and were moved to another room. These sheets also had dirty marks, although not as bad, and some hair in the bed. We notified reception again and were moved to a third room which seemed clean. We are NOT people who usually complain about small things but clean bedding is kind of a bare minimum to be confident and comfortable during a stay. The lady at reception was midly apologetic but I felt like she thought we were just being fussy. I also got a phone call the next day to check we were happy but by that point, our stay was more than half over. No one really went above and beyond to make up for it.

Some of the facilities are starting to look old and the sink was detaching from the wall. Fir a oroperty that’s only been open for a few years that’s disappointing
