Definitely coming back if ever visiting Verona again. Place was very spacious and staffs were very sccomodating.

Manager and staff were very friendly.

Cons:

There was an issue with hot water, it was coming out milky/off white. Cold water was clear.

Pros:

The location was very convenient to the thruway. Staff was extremely courteous and professional. Room was very clean. Beds and pillows excellent.
Recommend to others. The shades to the window are an excellent option.

Cons:

The only thing I did not find convenient if needed. There wasn't a notepad or pen in the room.

Acceptable facility, but unresponsive attitude of management is disappointing.
Pros:

Overall, this is a nice hotel in a nice location.

Cons:

We accidently booked the wrong date. When we arrived we asked to switch the reservation. Staff seemed to indicate that we could do that. We called and messaged several times and never got a credit or response from the hotel. We were charged again for the stay.

Stay was good.
Pros:

Staff was very congenial. Bath was big and clean

Cons:

Barn door fell off the track. Beds matress moved on base everytime you hit in or out.

Free use of shuttle at all hours

Cons:

Thermostat in room did not seem to work properly as it was set to 72 because anything less was causing cool air and even at that temp it was still colder in the room
