Clean, courteous, decent; not worth the $600 you charged me tho- should be $250/night or so.

Cons:

The front entry way and front desk area had an EXTREMELY STRONG odor of marijuana. I have no problem with pot, but it stinks, and it shouldn't be the first impression one gets at a hotel.

Excellent All Around
Pros:

I stayed here for business. It was excellent! I highly recommend it. It was very easy to get to off the Thruway; it was very clean and updated; and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A room with 1 king bed was very spacious and clean. Thank you!

Birthday outing
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn with my wife celebrating our birthdays.
We had a spa day at Skana at the Lodge and dinner at Creekside.
We arrived at 1:30 pm and Shawn handed us the keys. We entered the room and it was thoughtfully decorated with a Birthday banner,hats and some sweets.That was an incredible touch and very much appreciated. The room was clean and nicely appointed. We had an outstanding time ,the staff was great and we would recommend the Hampton to anyone going to visit Verona.
The complimentary casino van is so easy and convenient as well.

There was an issue with hot water, it was coming out milky/off white. Cold water was clear.
