Everything. From check-in to check out .. the excellent breakfast, the attentive staff good room and comfortable beds
If there is anything which fell short of expectations was to see the chefs in Black instead of white. Pristine white chef jackets adds an element of hygiene and sophistication…
It’s spacious and well maintained
The service at the breakfast room / dining room was mediocre and the staff on general appear poorly trained. Last few occasions I have also complained about the external lights shining into the room. It’s a bit annoying that they can’t fix the problem and will do it only after the guest complains.
Cleanliness, food spread
I had taken half board( breakfast and dinner) when I booked. During checkin the same was confirmed to me. I also upgraded my room by paying Rs 11000+ taxes.
Later during dinner i observed couple of staff looking at me and talking. I felt something was not right. Sure enough when I was leaving with my wife I was stopped by two people as if I did something wrong. They told me sir you have to pay for your dinner. I informed them that dinner is included in my package. But they refused to hear my please. I then showed my booking which supported my claim. They took photos of the same.They were rude too.
I would like to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding Aurra Corporate Services LLP, a travel company currently associated as a third-party vendor with Taj Hotels and Marriott International.
I was assigned at Taj Skyline Ahmedabad for a period of two months, Unfortunately, Aurra Corporate Services LLP failed to deliver its services as required, due to which the contract was terminated. Was also a Part of TAJ Mahal hotel Mumbai and JW Sahar Hotel Mumbai.
The company has failed to pay my salary for December 2025 and January 2026. This also includes pending PF contributions and my full and final settlement. Unfortunately, this issue is not limited to me—many employees, including managers and chauffeurs, are facing the same situation.
Additionally, there are concerns that statutory obligations such as GST payments have not been fulfilled.
I humbly request the concerned authorities at Taj and Marriott to kindly look into this matter and intervene. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be escalated to Mr. Rustom, the owner of Aurra Corporate Services LLP, for immediate resolution.

The service and food were AWESOME, and staff members Amit and Deepak helped a lot.
Wonderful experience of my stay at Taj Skyline. Courteous staff and clean rooms and great food.
It's one of the best properties of Taj Avenue..
