Amazing stay and very luxurious. Sofitel never disappoints

Beautiful and relaxing.
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely stunning. By far the best in Adelaide. Beautiful rooms and food.

Cons:

Love everything about this hotel. Could not fault anything. Staff were amazing. Especially a lady called Jade at the front desk.

Cons:

Facilities - pool had cups everywhere. Someone came to refill towels and didn’t clean around the pool. Bar was closed.
We checked on our room at 2pm but it wasn’t ready. Front desk was going to message us when the room was ready. Came back at 3:05 and it had been ready for sometime but nobody told us.
