Beautiful hotel, we will be back and for longer next time.
Pros:

Loved the deluxe twin room, beautiful materials and fit out, it felt luxurious and comfortable. A lovely minibar selection. We really enjoyed the pool, gym and sauna amenities, and the restuarant.

Cons:

It took a long time on the phone to get through to concierge. The ordering of breakfast in room was not working through the QR codes.

It was an enjoyable experience.
Pros:

+ nice furnished room, comfy couches.
+ comfy bed.
+ nice bath basin and toilet and shower, they were cleaned pretty good.
+ nice complimentary spring water.

Cons:

- the bed blankets are too warm, it gets too hot under the blankets after just a few minutes, like way too hot.
- In-room dining menu for late night only has mostly desserts, it could have more menu items like snacks, chips, potato wedges, etc.
- the rubbish bins in the hotel room were small, they could be abit bigger.
- the room ceiling lights could have dim lights for the bed, as some lighting are abit bright.
- the bathtub could have an additional bubble bath soap.
- more cloth hangers needed on wardrobe.
- the bath robe could be bigger size.

Good but disappointed by the early closure of the bar
Pros:

Spa was good.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing that the bar in a high end hotel was closed at 10.00 pm on a Saturday night and we were unable to get a drink. I would have expected better. This was a one night stay as a special break and that bit was a let down.
