Beautiful hotel, lovely pool and restaurant. The staff were exceptional.
The women’s sauna didn’t work and there should be a spa in the pool area.

So much confusing about booking. We asked to extend the stay for one more night due to unexpected event, and it was so much running around, the staff were calling me in the morning about Cheung out when I already confirmed my extra stay. They called me at midnight again to see if I was coming but I was already in the room. It was very frustrating. The water pressure in the room was terrible, could not have proper shower.

The room was excellent spacious and light.
The foyer entrance was dark and drab. You didn’t feel like you were walking into a 5 star hotel. The entrance door was so heavy I could not move it and there was no one to help. While some of the breakfast staff were very nice, others were not. one in particular was rude to me. The breakfast itself was ordinary at best but all made worse as platters were quickly emptied and never refilled. There was not enough bowls and plates and we had to ask every time. I know it was busy but this standard was way below what to expect from a busy hotel.
Loved everything would definitely stay here again, the veiw was amazing, room was amazing, staff were friendly.
