Pros:

Excessive near constant noise from chairs being pushed around furniture being moved constantly on 10th floor.
Excessive street noise from parties and disguise at the back of the hotel

Beautiful stay
Pros:

Beautiful room! Very accomodating, gorgeous touches and staff very friendly.

Cons:

Would of loved the suites to be higher to see some of the city lights, the one we’re were in was on level 8

Stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

Right in the middle of the city, next to everything. Room was large and spacious, lighting was great.

Cons:

Would be nice to have streaming apps on the TV

Beautiful room, comfy bed, very quiet and breakfast was amazing
Pros:

Stunning hotel! The room was beautiful and the breakfast was so yummy!

Cons:

It was difficult to request items to the room. We tired calling room service etc and no one answered.

Very enjoyable and great breakfast
Pros:

It had a spacious bright feel, clean and modern but classy

Cons:

Only downside was the sauna facility was not working in the ladies section something I was looking forward to using

Pros:

The friendly and attentive staff, the buffet breakfast was delicious and there was so much choice, the room was lovely and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the turn down service and the little truffles and card for our anniversary.

Cons:

The only downfall was that the female sauna wasn't working but that's beyond anyone's control, and I was allowed to use the male one with my partner.
