We had a great stay at Hyatt Place London City East. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of four. What really made the difference, though, was the staff, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

Bekvämt och mysigt hotell
Pros:

Rummet var stort och bekvämt, det fann kaffe/te och en väldigt skön säng som jag och min mamma utan problem kunde dela på eftersom den var så bred (jag tror den var 180cm, kändes nästan som att ha sin egen säng). Det var välstädat och fräscht och incheckningen gick snabbt och smärtfritt. Området var väldigt bra, nära Brick Lane (med massa restauranger och butiker) samt Spitafields Market. I närheten fans även Underground och flertal bussar att ta till andra centrala delar av London. Hann inte besöka gymmet eller takterrassen, det ska jag försöka göra nästa gång (för bokar gärna detta boende igen).

Cons:

Dörren till badrummet var inte så isolerad, det var en dragdörr (jag hade föredragit en som man kunde stänga ordentligt). Detta är kanske inget stort problem men det kändes lite konstigt att vi skulle checka in oss själva medan personalen bara stod bredvid utan något att göra (såg det ut som), de borde ha en desk eller nåt så att de kan stå där och jobba med annat vid behov.

Wonderful and enjoyable stay and wonderful customer service and an excellent breakfast
Pros:

Great hotel centrally located with easy connections to the metro. Comfortable beds, clean, amazing staff (Adriana from house keeping) and reception team was very courteous and welcoming.

Camera pulita, personale gentile. Ottima posizione per raggiungere con la metro più vicina (10min a piedi) i vari punti. C’è una fermate autobus sotto l’hotel e anche altre molto vicine per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Molto comodo

Quality hotel , lovely personnel always helpful and attentive ,stylish rooms and great service .
Pros:

All the staff I encountered were outstanding showing patience with good eye contact showing that they really cared . The rooms were excellent , nicely furnished and spacious with good sound proofing. I requested a quiet room and that was delivered . Breakfast was adequate but very good value . I would most certainly stay here again and would recommend without hesitation. Rooms were serviced daily which was appreciated.
