Great price for a clean and spacious room.
Pros:

Was a very clean modern feeling hotel, staff in the hotel were friendly and cleaners did a great job.

Cons:

Bar staff on the roof top bar were quite rude and short, not what you expect from hospitality staff.
Rooms were perfect besides the fact the fridge wasn’t working.

Excellent stay and location.
Pros:

It suited our purpose. Very close to tube stations. Excellent location. Very clean room. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. We were also extremely lucky to check in early which after our 12.30am start was very welcomed indeed.

Cons:

The only minor complaint is that it would have been helpful if there was a notice to say when the rooftop bar was open and closed.

Pros:

Stayed at Hyatt Place London City East and overall it was just okay - nothing exceptional, and honestly the rooms didn't quite match the photos online.

The one thing that really stood out was the neighborhood. If you're walking from Whitechapel tube station to the hotel, it's a pretty unpleasant walk.

That said, that's on me.I should have researched the area more before booking rather than relying on the hotel's location pin alone.

Decent enough for a functional stay, but I'd think twice about the surrounding area depending on what you're looking for.

Cons:

The let-down is the F&B at breakfast: the most bizarre rules “You’re not allowed to sit here because when the hotel isn't that full, then we don't allow guests to sit here, but only in this section". Why would you limit people inside because of your operational incapacities? On the first day, when I asked for mayo, there wasn't and they said they had ordered it by day 5; still nothing. The manager/host guy at breakfast needs to take the chip off his shoulder.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and it was good to have Aircon on a very hot weekend.

Cons:

The room was small, and there were no rugs beside the bed.
The tea provided was meagre - only two breakfast teabags and one fruit tea. There were only two pots of uht milk.
The bathroom was tiny and there was nowhere to hang the towels to dry. Also nowhere to put toilet bags etc.

Zdecydowanie polecamy!
Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo blisko metra (około 4 minuty pieszo), a do Liverpool Street Station można dojść w 15 minut (lub 1 przystanek metra) - bardzo przydatne, jeśli przylatuje się z lotniska Stansted.
Nasz pokój był bardzo czysty i przestronny. Mieliśmy widok na park i ulicę. Okna były tak wyciszone, że nie słyszeliśmy burzy w nocy. Temperatura w hotelu była idealna, można było odpocząć po pobycie w upale na zewnątrz.
Śniadanie smaczne i różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Korzystaliśmy też z oferty sycylijskiej restauracji w hotelu i bardzo ją polecamy, wszystko było pyszne. Zdecydowanie polecamy i na pewno wrócimy!
