The location was good. Close to a Social cafe and train station
It was cold the first day so had to move to other tiny room which was too hot and too small. And its not soundproof whatsoever
Everything was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location is great.
Big gap between door and floor, as well as cigarette burn on bedsheets (neither of us smokes)

There was a leak at our bathroom, the staff was actually pretty much efficient, but the leak didn’t stop so it was a bit chaotic. And the shower wasn’t very proper, it was a little moldy.
We also could hear every little noise from the street, cars, people talking, etc since our bedroom was the front one. I would say it’s a solid 7
The location of the hotel is very good, you can take the tram five minutes away from the hotel and after two stops you are in Eminönü, with the bus stop five minutes away from the hotel you are in Taksim in 10 minutes, it is very close to touristic places, having a parking lot is a great advantage, the hotel is two minutes away from the beach and there are affordable or expensive restaurants where you can eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, I enjoyed staying here, from now on this will be my choice in Istanbul.

It’s close to all amenities. Nice view from outside where you can walk and enjoy the nature. Staff aaa helpful.
Wifi not strong enough and You can’t get a signal. Toilet seat was broke and was moving about. Sofa bed not comfortable at all.

Nice and friendly staff. Good location
Photos and reality are not matching. Like for example the benefit 'view on the garden' does seem a bit fanciful, far-fetched even, 'cause there is no garden, it's just overgrown territory of the hotel. In my room was too little plugs, the most nesseary (near the bed) didn't work because of bad condition.
