מלון לא מתוחזק, הרבה דברים שבורים, מלוכלכים מאוד כולל שערות על הרצפה , מדרגות מטונפות, מראות וזכוכיות מטונפות, מתקני שירותים שבורים מו"מ על כל מגבת נוספת , לא אסתטי ברמה קשה.

אין ערך אל מול התמורה ששולמה כל אורחי המלון דיברו רק על זה ..

שילמנו 2,700 ש”ח עבור לילה אחד, אך התמורה לא הצדיקה את המחיר. הזמנו סוויטה וקיבלנו חדר שהיה שונה מאוד ממה שהוצג בתמונות ובתיאור באתר. החדר היה קטן, לא נוח, ולא עמד בציפיות שלנו. בנוסף, השירות שקיבלנו היה מאכזב ולא ברמה המצופה ממלון במחיר כזה

מלון גרוע, עם חוקים טיפשיים
בשום מלון לא ראיתי שאסור להזמין אוכל מבחוץ ולאכול באזור הבריכה. איך שנכנסנו עם השקית של הטייק אוואי בעודנו ממתינות לצק אין לחדר ובהתחשב בזה שאין משהו אחר לאכול במלון חוץ משניצלונים וציפס, העובד החמוד עצר אותנו בכניסה בטענה שאי אפשר להזמין אוכל מבחוץ ולאכול בלובי/אזור הבריכה אלא רק בחדר. לא היה לנו חדר כיוון שחיכינו לצק אין. מה גם שהבר שממנו אפשר לקנות ארטיקים ומים ואוכל נפתח רק ב12 בצהריים וגם אז לא עבד להם האשראי, אין לך מזומן? תיחנק ותתייבש למוות
