They had no knowledge of my booking and had to make a couple of phone calls before they found it. There was no greeting on arrival and the reception desk was behind metal bars. There was also no airport transfer and no way of getting to the airport. I did not stay at the hotel and would recommend checking carefully any booking.
The location is not as per the google maps so had problems to find it. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is good. I had a complain since during the time i was not in the room, someone entered my room (i have not requested housekeeping). I found out about it since i could see that some things were not where i left them. Nothing was lost or stolen but it was security issue. The reception apologised and checked on that. The dinner in the reastaurant was not good, i had to wait for more than 40min, chips was cold but chicken burned. Everything else in general regarding this hotel is good.
