Pros:

The quiet location and the location within the trees. Also liked have a full kitchen.

Cons:

I booked a queen room but the bed was the size of a double. The mattress was also too soft. So it was hard to get enough sleep.

Convenient to Seward but far enough from downtown for quiet
Pros:

I was truly impressed by how comfortable these walk-up, motel-style rooms were. Plush mattress, a kitchen in every room, and the two-bed queens had a lovely electric fireplace for the mood. Checkin was all done virtually, with the owner sending a text message including checkin code and checkout info on day of departure. Bonus, the coffee from the on-site coffee hut was great! Also lucky enough to stay the first night during a wedding just next door... free live music? Count me in! Wish I knew what the band was, they were fantastic! Second bonus: the owner's golden retriever visited along the parking lot. All motels should have a golden!

Cons:

Parking lot isn't paved, it's mostly gravel, so could get a bit muddy during wet weather. Nothing else to complain about!

While the guest service staff were very nice, the hotel was a disappointment.
Pros:

The staff were very nice and friendly but they could not resolve issues

Cons:

The room was very basic. The door to the bathroom was off it's track. The floors were not clean. The guests above us had a dog that played with a ball throughout the night. The walls were paper thin. The sheets were clean but worn out.

Short stay for 10 people in 5 rooms which is hard to come by for a decent price.
Pros:

It is in a remote area from Seward but we had 10 people in two SUV's and the drive to Seward for our cruise and restaurants was not a problem. There are NO services at the lodge. Auto check in, auto check out. Rooms are nice with microwave and refrigerator. Quiet area normally but we had some construction going on but not a bother. Great value for the price.

Amazing place I loved it ❤️ just need some black out curtains
Pros:

At first had a hard time finding someone to help check us in email was not working and after 15 min we finally got help and the door codes were sent. Other then that it was an amazing stay and the place was beautiful. I have recommended it to others

Cons:

No black out curtains. Very hard to sleep with all the summer light shinning inside.

Beautiful, special, restricted with access to transportation
Pros:

Beautiful views, access to good coffee and nice sandwiches, play area for kids, nice looking clean rooms

Cons:

Outside of the towns zone, which the free shuttle did not serve and there was no Uber available. However, they did give you access to a person that could help with transportation and she was wonderful!!

Excellent location in between Seward and Exit Glacier with comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

This was an excellent location with a very nice room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a great size and very clean. A full size fridge was nice for our groceries and having a microwave was handy. Dish soap and sponge were provided along with necessary dishes and silverware. The self-service check in and check out were incredibly easy to manage.

Cons:

A few things that could have been improved were the amount of mosquitoes in the room…not sure if a bug catcher could be there? Or how that many got in if it was during the cleaning or because the window was open even though there was a screen. Having napkins or a roll of paper towels would have been helpful. The numbers to find your room were also very hard to read. One safety feature I noticed, the sprinklers in the room appeared to have their orange safety tabs still on them so I’m not sure they would have functioned had they be needed.

Fantastic and beautiful. Very comfortable
Pros:

Beautiful accommodations, loved the kitchen set up and cozy feel of the rooms. We loved having a fireplace as well and everything was so new, clean and spacious. Self check in and self checkout was easy. Very convenient and our favorite place out of the 5 accommodations we stayed at during our trip!

Cons:

Would’ve loved if breakfast were provided

A good place to stay for a short term visit.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness and especially the lack of carpeting! There was just enough decor to make it feel a bit homey.

One of the staff eagerly helped us find the correct location for our room.

Cons:

The main thing I noticed (that may be easily remedied for those of us who are sensitive to scents) was the very strong scent of laundry detergent and/or fabric softener used for the bed sheets and some towels. Very strong scents! Unscented is way better for most people. Please consider making this change for your guests.
