2nd floor smelled like mold/mildew.
Room stayed damp to the point of wet floors.
Toilet is literally a quarter of an inch from the door when opening it and too small for 2 people to get ready at the same time.

Pros:

Great location and staff was very friendly!

Cons:

If I had to change anything it would be to be a soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the bathroom. We had 4 people and one tiny little bottle of soaps. But otherwise the place was really nice.

Pros:

Our room was nice and spacious. Beds and blankets were very comfortable. I liked that they had pool tables and other game options downstairs.

Cons:

As soon as you walk in the hotel smells like either humidity or mold. The outside of the establishment looks like it needs work. The vehicles parked on the side give the place a sour look. The panel in front of the bathroom sink came right off and there was a dirty towel under the sink. All in all the place has potential but needs some work. For the price of the room it would be nice to have at least complimentary breakfast. When you book they give you the option of certain requests, I requested extra towels and room temperature to be set at 72. We got to the room and no extra towels and no set temperature.

It was fine. I would stay again if I had to.
Pros:

It was clean and located in a good area. It was a nice size room.

Cons:

Big coffee drinker and the coffee was nasty and not many choices on creamer and sugar. Only 2 carts. We had to bring all of our stuff from the room to the cars.

Pros:

It looks brand new hotel. It is clean and looks really good. Also, there are more things to do near the hotel such as water park and amusement park in across from the street.

Cons:

Breakfast was not provided and we have 6 in our family and used sofa bed but they didn't have a extra blanket and bed sheets. Also, they didn't have extra towels when I asked them for it.

Very nasty place, do not recommend.

The lobby looked nice.

Cons:

The initial room I was checked into was dirty when my husband and I came in. The bedding was messed up and there were crumbs on the table with the telephone. I went to the front desk and told them about it and they came and checked the room and changed us to a room two doors down. This morning my husband and I got up to shower after a long night of travel. The bathroom was dirty too. There were “clean” towels in there for us to use.. with what looks like poop on the towels. We got dressed and went downstairs to let the management know and she said there was nothing she could do. And just checked us out. Like it was nothing. Everything you see is EXACTLY how it was when we walked into the rooms. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!! 0/10 stars

Fairly Nice Place to Stay in Great Location
Pros:

We liked the location which was close to the ballpark where our granddaughter was playing in a tournament. Also, it was close to shopping and restaurants. Our granddaughter enjoyed the game room which had air hockey and a pool table. The room was large and shower had several shower heads.

Cons:

I wish it had a pool. Some electric outlets in the room weren’t working. No free breakfast is provided but there is a small cafe inside that sells food.
