お部屋がとても綺麗で、タオルも清潔感あり臭うこともなく、朝食代わりのお弁当がとても嬉しかったです。
また機会があれば利用したいです。　
大浴場が別料金無しで使えるのも、とても魅力的でした。

駐車場が自分で探さないといけない。ホテルの目の前にもあるが、料金が高い。ボッタクリな感じ。　裏にもある事をホテルの方が教えてくれて料金確認する事を勧めてくれました。裏にあった駐車場が良心的だったのでそっちに停めました。　
部屋はキレイで、お風呂がトイレと別で快適でした。　温泉…女性は混雑で当日は諦めて部屋で入って　翌朝トライしたけど、すぐ混雑でカラスの行水で終わり。温泉は期待しないほうが良いかも。　
朝食におにぎり弁当とお茶がついていて、適量で良かったです

大浴場があるのはいいが、団体客がいっぺんに来られると他の客が入浴出来ない。ロッカーに鍵がないか故障していて鍵をかけられない。貴重品ロッカーを用意して欲しい。
客室のバスルームのカーテンがカビまみれ。全国的にリブマックスチェーンは、バスルームのカーテンがカビまみれが多い。カビ清掃しないなら、交換して欲しい。

とても良かったです
Pros:

部屋も、寝巻きも素晴らしい。
１点残念だった点は、シャワーカーテンのカビです。
どこのホテルでもあると言えばありますので、評価を下げるまでのことはないですが、手入れは、できると思いました。

本当に小さくても良いのでイス２つと机があればよかったです。

安さ重視で行っているので特に不満はありません。
清潔感もありましたが喫煙室でももう少しタバコの匂いが抑えられていればなお良いと思います。

キャビンだったが、比較的清潔なカプセルタイプだった。大浴場もあってこれについては満足。
ただ、2階のキャビンはFree Wi-Fiの電波が悪く、時々落ちることがあったことがネックでした。
