Great location for stopover
Pros:

Location was perfect for me, close to the station and ferry port as I arrived from Japan. Got a room upgrade to deluxe,so room was very big especially bathroom. Although the weather was horrible, with rain all night and day, I could use the heated rooftop pool for a swim.

Lo moderno de las habitaciones , así como el roof .

Cons:

Había un olor desagradable en la habitación creemos que de la moqueta o humedad. El personal fue muy atento y facilito ambientador .

櫃檯服務很好。也都可以幫忙叫車。臉也都笑笑的，雖然語言不通，用簡單的英文溝通，但也感覺服務態度很好。

Pros:

Great location for a base to explore Busan and for access to train station. Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel was everything we needed it to be overall. I would stay again. Good value.

Cons:

Hotel rooms were lovely but lacked storage space for clothes. It would be good to have a bit more storage.

Great location and well appointed room near Busan Station!
Pros:

Great location within a short walk to Busan Station. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was well appointed and I loved the separate room for the toilet. I had a room with the large balcony with great views and plenty of seating options! Staff were prompt and friendly!

Pros:

Staff were really lovely and helpful. Good english which was extremely helpful and very much appreciated. Located right next to Busan Station which was great for connecting to other parts of the city and also for leaving Busan to go to Seoul via KTX. Really handy. Hotel is well looked after and serviced. The LG styler in the rooms were a great bonus to make life a little easier while traveling. It makes me want one at home. 😂 the bar and pool area were lovely and had great view of the area. I would stay again.

Cons:

In the bathroom the shower had a tendency to cause some flooding on the floor and around the bath but once we were aware of it we were able to avoid this. Mostly by sticking to baths 😂 not impossible to deal with but worth being aware of. Could do with more storage but we were mostly living out of our cases as moving between lots of places so didn't affect us too much.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel avec un personnel très sympathique !! Nous avons apprécié la chambre et les équipements. La piscine était très agréable et le personnel du bar étaient accueillants.
