Luxuspreis, viel Improvisation – aber Service und Champagner retten die Stimmung
Pros:

Unsere rundherum guten Erinnerung an das DO & CO Restaurant vor drei Jahren: Ambiente und Qualität waren damals herausragend und nachhaltig beeindruckend.

Eine Flasche Ruinart zum Geburtstag sowie durchgehend aufmerksamer, freundlicher Service für einen versöhnlichen Gesamteindruck gesorgt.

Cons:

Luxuriöser, abgetrennter Badbereich mit japanischem WC – allerdings eher etwas für Experimentierfreudige mit Lappen in Griffweite, da eine Anleitung offenbar als optional betrachtet wurde.

Die Tür? So schwergängig, dass man das tägliche Workout gleich miterledigt. Zwei Hinweise unsererseits verhallten leider – trotz freundlicher Zusagen – irgendwo im Hotel-Orbit.

Das Lichtkonzept bleibt ein Mysterium. Selbst nach zwei Tagen intensiver Feldforschung ließ sich keine Logik erkennen. Eher ein Überraschungsspiel: Was geht jetzt wohl an – oder aus?

Der Fernseher bietet viele Funktionen, aber kein Netflix. Bei einem Preis von rund 500 Euro pro Person und Nacht – ohne Frühstück – eine kleine Enttäuschung. Und wer hofft, dass die Minibar inklusive ist, erlebt beim Checkout unter Umständen einen Realitätscheck.

Besonders originell: Der extrem laut beschallte Bayern-Store verfügt über eine automatische Verbindungstür zum Eingangsbereich. Wann immer jemand an dieser hochsensiblen Tür vorbeigeht, wird man zuverlässig mit einer spontanen Lärmdusche versorgt. Wer sich dieses akustische Erlebnis ausgedacht hat, scheint eine gewisse Leidenschaft für auditive Grenzerfahrungen zu haben.

Ebenfalls bemerkenswert: Ein abgegessener Zimmer-Service-Tisch blieb bis zum Abend als gut sichtbares Ausstellungsstück vor dem Aufzug stehen – ein stilles, aber eindrucksvolles Beispiel dafür, wie lange „temporär“ in der Praxis dauern kann.
