A localização é realmente o grande diferencial dessa hospedagem. O hotel fica em um ponto totalmente central de Munique, o que facilitou muito a viagem. Conseguíamos passear pelo entorno e voltar ao hotel várias vezes ao longo do dia, justamente por estar muito perto de tudo. Para quem quer explorar a cidade a pé e aproveitar para fazer compras, é uma excelente escolha!

O quarto também foi um grande destaque: muito amplo, novo, confortável e com comodidades excelentes. Padrão compatível com um hotel cinco estrelas. Assim que chegamos, fomos muito bem recebidos com uma taça de champanhe enquanto aguardávamos o check-in, o que já causou uma ótima primeira impressão.

O café da manhã foi excelente. O hotel possui um restaurante no térreo com um ambiente muito agradável, inclusive com mesas de frente para a praça, permitindo tomar café observando o movimento da cidade. O formato do menu também era muito bom: havia a opção de escolher um menu com valor fixo por pessoa, incluindo uma variedade de pratos, ou pedir itens no à la carte. Tudo o que pedimos estava maravilhoso. Também almoçamos nesse mesmo restaurante e a comida era excelente!

O hotel também conta com um restaurante no segundo andar, especializado em comida japonesa, que acaba sendo uma ótima opção principalmente no dia da chegada, quando já estamos cansados e queremos praticidade. O atendimento foi muito bom e os pratos excelentes.

Outro ponto positivo foi o cuidado com as comodidades do quarto. Recebemos como cortesia pipoca doce e reposição diária de água. Além disso tinha um frigobar muito bem abastecido, com diversas opções de bebidas e produtos premium, algo acima da média até mesmo para hotéis de alto padrão.

Cons:

Os únicos pontos que eu colocaria como melhoria são relacionados ao acesso e circulação. O elevador do hotel é compartilhado com a loja da Bayer, o que por um lado é positivo pela praticidade da localização, mas acaba passando uma sensação um pouco menor de privacidade e segurança para hóspedes. Ainda assim, isso não impactou negativamente nossa experiência.

Outro detalhe é que o carro não consegue parar exatamente em frente ao hotel. Normalmente o desembarque acontece cerca de uma quadra antes, o que faz com que seja necessário caminhar com as malas. Considerando a localização extremamente central, isso acaba sendo compreensível, mas acredito que o hotel poderia facilitar oferecendo algum suporte maior para bagagens nesses casos.

A perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Munick
Pros:

We had 4 enjoyable nights in DO & SO, everything was perfect. Location is the best! centeral but quiet. Our room was spacius, very comfortable bed, walk-in shower, a must have for me, was spacious. strog water pressure and marvelous ammenities of Molton & Brown. everyone at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.
Breakfast was very good,served in the pleasent quiet bistro.
We had to leave early on our last day, so the kitchen prepared us a nice breakfast to go.
I strongly recommand this hotel which provides you the 5 stars expiriance, without the hussle and of large luxury hotels.

An amazing Jewell in the heart of Munich
Pros:

We booked 4 days at the end of an Avalon cruise in the Danube... neeting friends from the UK. It was our first time with this company and we were extremely pleased with the rooms the service the bar/ and 2 restaurants . From the concierges Sebastián and Geraldine who assisted us in finding amazing restaurants just 2 minutes away to the restaurant
Manager Alberto and Batman Francesco. The room ( very spacious and comfortable) was a corner suite and my husband fell ill and had to spend 2 days in bed; many of the staff knew and constantly asked if they could help. Munich is a special Jewell and we really want to come back- a 8 hour flight from Canada.

Stilvolles, gemütliches Hotel an bester Lage.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine sehr geräumige und gemütliche Suite, welche sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Das Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist à la carte und relativ teuer. Es war aber sehr lecker.
