Tolle Lage, freundliche Leute, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Lage ist großartig. Die Zimmer ausgesprochen exklusiv. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeitenden im Frühstücksbereich wirkten etwas unkoordiniert und man musste mehrfach nachfragen. Im Außenbereich, z.B. Frühstücksterrasse wirkten die Möbel teilweise abgenutzt.

Pros:

This was our second visit to this fabulous property; such a great location near the Old Town yet away from the inevitable noise and buzz of this wonderful city. We were kindly upgraded (again) and can only rave about the superb room, service and excellent front of house staff. We visited the hotel bar and upstairs terrace for the first time and met the charming Sicilian barman who was huge fun! Nice touches include fresh fruited water on arrival, complimentary Nespresso pods in the room, luxurious sheets and towels and delicious Molton Brown toiletries. 11/10, highly recommend!

Pros:

Modernes und stylisches Hotel in der Innenstadt direkt neben der Frauenkirche. Sehr schönes und helles Zimmer mit ankippbaren Fenstern. Alles sauber und für uns besonders wichtig; ein total cleanes Bad/ WC. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Unseren Hund konnten wir mit zum Frückstück nehmen. Das a la carte Frühstück war lecker mit einer geringen Einschränkung (siehe unten). Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war schon vor unsere Ankunft sehr gut. Wir haben- wie per Mail vom Hotel vorab via booking empfohlen- ca. 15 min vor unserer Ankunft mit Auto im Hotel angerufen. Am vereinbarten Ort hat uns dann ein Mitarbeiter erwartet und uns die Fussgängerzone bis zum Hotel geleitet. Nach dem check- in wurde unser Auto im nahegelegenen Parkhaus abgestellt. Genauso völlig entspannt wieder beim check out. Die Lage ist wirklich unübertroffen!

Cons:

Jammern auf hohen Niveau; die Frühstücksbrötchen waren für uns etwas zu trocken und zu fest. Aber das ist nun wirklich "Geschmackssache".
