Central Asakusa location and good family friendly option
Pros:

Central location very close to multiple stations and senso-ji temple. Excellent shared laundry room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good option for travelling families as the room we had selected could have slept up to 6 (with two being single bunks beds). Although we did not utilise, reception staff were able to assist with luggage forwarding. There is a convenience store right downstairs.

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable nor were the couches/seats in the living/sitting area. A single small elevator services the entire hotel so at times waits were long and the elevator got crowded quickly.

5 night stay
Pros:

Fantastic.location, helpful and friendly staff, in house bag forwarding a bonus. Kids loved the bunk bed.

Cons:

Single beds had wheels you couldnt lock in place. No inroom washing machine as per other mimarus

Apartment style hotels are the way to go for families!
Pros:

Convenient location and perfect for a family to stay in. Lots of great food in the near vicinity with sensoji and Skytree very nearby

Cons:

I wish the beds had locks on the wheels. We had to shift the two twin size beds together to accommodate a younger child. But the two beds kept shifting apart.

Highly recommend this hotel. Friendly happy staff
Pros:

Liked everything! Location is fabulous, right in Asakusa. Room size great for family of 4 with Family mart/ 7 11 / restaurants/ station all so close. We had a river view which was beautiful and the roof top was a great way to wind down. Room kitchenette was nice to have and Laundry room was good to have.
