Cleanliness issue
Pros:

We are a member of lemon tree.
We book it whenever we travel

Cons:

Cleanliness is an issue .Dust visible on everything
Sofa not clean . They didn't clean it before our arrival

Breakfast too much costly
For 2 omelet and tea they are charging 1100 rupees
Which doesn't make sense

In jaipur also our room in lemon tree was not clean

Thick dust in the room including bathroom

I think the housekeeping staff is not being supervised .

Location, security, cleanliness, breakfast and very good service of staff hotel and canteen.

Cons:

Daily cleaning, changing towels / bedsheet, hand wash soap, saving kits, tissue papers, water bottle, tooth brush and paste were not providing without reminder or follow up. Although I think these are the very basic facilities to be provided by the hotel and it makes the difference and enhance the trust of the customers. However, all these were provided on request.

Comfortable stay
